I use it for around one month, I compared a number of models, it is true that the entry-level controllers that color the sound that is a sensible way to make the link with the monitor speakers device. ..

Brushed metal case super durable and look great metal, we feel that it's good stuff, no coloration much headroom. His options were actually prefer me to control 2 SPL resting on its laurels a bit ...
The Drawmer MC2.1 has a stereo output in addition to the SPL, and the possibility to transfer the left lane and / or the right.
There is a talkback good (non-existent on the SPL)
An entry for (non-existent on the spl) stereo mini jack and RCA.

I prefer the box to the Drawmer Spl.

Very transparent super convenient for recording sessions two each has its own knob.
Bebete the trim has to adjust each output independently.

Anyway I did not have the secondhand test live SPL level but its Drawmer is very good.

the only "negative" point relative to spl maybe it is the lack of marking zero DB.
