I had my 3 compar jacks "first prizes" that I have since I have beginning guitar there 13 years. These 3 jacks always work even if they have been once or twice a weld retouching.

I do not believe in these gold plated jacks and plug thingy thingy, but I decided to let myself be tempted by one of those famous jack just to see if the legend says true, and above all I am told that my phone jacks 13, it does not hurt me than buying a new one.

It is a dot of circuit breaker that I find very convenient because of a simple click, it avoids unwanted noise by inserting or removing the jack.

J am just use to cut the volume rather than cut the volume knob.
