SOUND QUALITY

The really I said yes, I was waiting a basic product, but i t tonn of the quality of reverb s that are clear and natural enough to RALIS the right mix. the delay are not bad either is pleased my best for this price.

Purchased unit 1 week ago, I put the notice after several requests on this site (including myself there are still days qq!)
The technology is digital, the camera, which can be used in series or in parallel, has 2 effects processors 100% independent - which is really a plus - and that can handle four different ways via a small button routing (single-double, cascade, dual stereo, mono-split)

Each processor has three knobs, one function "tap-tempo" button and a "bypass".

Quick list of effects:
- 16 reflections,
- 6 Delay / Echo,
- 2 compressors
- 8 effects known as "modulation".

Added to that 99 preset "users" + 99 factory presets

Input / Output:
- Midi (in, out, through)
- 1 x Pedal
- A standard USB port
- S. PDIF digital jack (?)
- And finally, 2 inputs and 2 analog outputs

UTILIZATION

The interface is very simple, almost perfect.

Editing is extremely simple: you turn the dial and you click to confirm the effect. It is even possible to make the simple rotation gives direct access to the effects (minor adjustments to the two small buttons above the wheel)

This recalls the principle of TC-300, due to two processors and their control via knobs. Obviously, the advantage of CT is that the two processors here are 100% independent, you can mix a chorus with delay, reverb reverb with another, etc ... - Which is not possible with the TC 300!

Everything breathes the utility and the evidence on this unit.
-> One minor complaint, the button "hearing". I clicked two times, I almost blow my amp 2 times (in fact this is music meant to test the effects, if there is no instrument at hand - if any, as is the cata said just before!).

SOUND QUALITY

No or very little wind.

Reverb: the choice is vast (hall, flat, room ,...). The reverbs "flat" or "spring" are the driest, the reverb "arena" provides a long-acting and broad. The sound is just right. The settings are fine, but not very powerful.

Delays: - for my taste - perfect for digital delays.

Compressor: not bad, breath much less than the M-300

Modulation effects: important choice. There are the classic chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, but also a "detune" (next to the chorus), vibrato, pitch: the three are interesting. The settings are slightly less powerful than the TC, but they seem less souflent they are "cleaner".
-> Note: be careful about the choice of routing, it affects the power of the easy effect, especially when it comes to reverb. By default, a position it seems to me, the reverb seemed to me at the very beginning, very "pale" low. In fact, it is best to choose routing cascade, and there one finds much more honorable reverbs.

OVERALL OPINION

I bought this camera a week ago and the picture is more positive: the overall sound is very correct, very clean (blows almost non-existent), the range of reverbs and delays is complete, the effects of "modulation" are well complete.

For a guitar is the perfect tool I expected (in lieu of a TC M-300 very similar but have some gaps in my opinion). By mixing a chorus or phaser with reverb, delay, we arrive easily to a good combination that brings out the harmonics of your acoustic instrument, giving it depth and breadth also.
The settings are fine, perhaps they lack, however, a little power to create more effects out of the norm. But it was not what I expected either. There are other purchase options for that.
I would say that the philosophy of the MX200 is a serious, comprehensive and functional, not excess.

In short, buy a very very good!

I use it for a short week and the choice was not easy to choose the model that I could not try before
not easy because the opinions of my classmates were mixed before but for my part I agree well MX200 dual processor combined and a very nice grain for this type of model (- € 200)
I already have a MicroVerb 4 (very average) and tried the behringer 2024 (medium)
the only competitor is the M350 TC
I use it to catch my voice and mix of all kinds
very satisfied
