Today only, Brainworx’s dynamic equalizer plugin bx_dyneq v2 is available for $49. It actually includes two separate plugins which run in 4 modes including mono, stereo, M/S and multi-mono (for 5.1, 7.1 etc.). The M/S mode includes Brainworx’s “cross-feed” M/S feature, which allows Mid & Side signals to actually trigger each other.
