OD pedal, true bypass, with metal case. It has 2 doors under the pedal (one for battery and one for a chip)
Consumption is 10mA according to what I measure.

UTILIZATION

OD pedal so the three classic knobs, volume, tone and drive.
The pedal comes with 3 chips (black critters has 6 legs!) One of which is already mounted. You can change or even chips to significantly change the sound of the pedal. The change is easy but we should be a little careful when you exchange not to bend the legs of the component.

SOUND QUALITY

I was in the other famous TS9 and Maxon 808 that I sold ... I recently bought this out of curiosity more than Fame necessity and I was calm (in the good sense)!
The chip mounted sounded a bit too thin and a little too aggressive with my gear, I tried the other .. and the I found with the second I try, exactly what I had!

OVERALL OPINION

This pedal will not replace your TS9 or OD808 strictly speaking (even if it is inspired by bcp and can quite do (to 90%) in the final) but I think it is better than that, because thanks to the possibility of changing the chip therein. It fits better bcp to our final gear and the result is often better than that offered by the "classical" they can not adapt ... we actually bought three versions of a hybrid TS/808 and there will necessarily one that works perfectly. I recently consulted the website Music Store and the pedal is "exhausted" .. no wonder .. like an OD to 30 euros, must rush it! My curiosity was more than rewarded!

UTILIZATION

Setup is very simple, like all the OD pedals worthy of the name.
The knobs are accurate. The casing is very sturdy.
Pedal comes with 3 different chipsets! Too bad he did not have a manual to explain without trying (it's currently my case) the differences in sounds.
Cell and chip very easily accessible.

SOUND QUALITY

I listened and tried a lot of overdrive, the most rotten (I will not mention any brand!) As the best, or at least the standard (Maxon OD808, Ibanez TS9, MXR, Boss, and I VisualSound password)! I put the pedal at the top of the basket without difficulties!
No breath, your hot, very precise, is going to boost the good fat OD well over the knobs, no fuss. She exudes a real personality without tinting too sound effects that can be put in front when it is used in boost.

OVERALL OPINION

Well, uh ... we say more except that this pedal is halluncinamment frightening in its price / quality ratio! € 32! At the price of a pseudo copy, it was a real nice effect that sends wood! This pedal is bluffing!

Bought 6months ago, with her sisters and Miss Miss phaser comprising ... sister.
Incredible finish for the price, all metal, chrome, true bypass inter mechanics, and two hatches below. Two?
One for the battery, and another for, brace yourself, easily change the circuit intgr responsible for distortion!

UTILIZATION

Three options: ts, bright and warm, the look that dterminent General for the overdrive.
The level grows hairy, to give the clear sound ... so it's nine hours to drive your blues junior is the agony of juice!

The tone is like my ts7, comes the pep-end racing genre 9.5 out of 10.
The drive on the other hand goes further than ts7, but it can also rgler sweet.

Add cel easy change of CI and it's great for use in top issue.

SOUND QUALITY

I'll compare my and my ts7 screamin blues. The rate of distortion is more compact in fame, more presents, a bit like the other 2 were more appeal a compressor that a crtage.
Which indicates the character of this fame, less bouncy and tire that ts7 and especially screaminblues (my prefers by far). It also has less sustain.
So much for the comparison.

Per se, the fame sounds great, very clean, warm and in position is really soft and warm (...). Ts position behind the bass but lacks the typical compression TubeScreamer. Position has bright shaking palm, more presence of rpeux, treble too, rocked by pushing the drive.

Sorry for losing the IC because I'm sure we can also change the character of the beast.

OVERALL OPINION

For the price I think that all these boutique pedals to pay our reel beauty.
Okay it's china, then import directly MusicStore floor price, but even when!

I have the Liquid blues damage control, 10 times the price, and it is not better tural situation. Well, I have screaminblues, 10 euros more, and it suits me much better than these two ...

Tural situations I tend to do without pedals (all these cables, these alims!) So I use Plutt home volume MODR its not necessarly clear lamps and has changed quite a bit depending on the amp you have to play very often it is the ugly duckling of the house that is doing the best out.
That is the option of three voicings can make all the difference!

I can only warmly recommend this OD-10, really.
