Hi all !! Here I have a problem pti I just bought the Korg padKONTROL and I have encountered a pb. For now it works on Fruty loops, but the problem is that I can not seem to load my drums DIFFERENT sound bank presonnel.TT like I can not load the drums kit supplied with.

Use for 3 months, the pads are great, I have found altogether better than the MPD, and make you want to use them. The knobs are plastic, but offer good grip. The object is lightweight and portable, while remaining strong enough.
Note the ultra easy change of scene, the assignment of knobs on the fly, full of little things well thought out, cleaning up the MIDI assignment to clean up on his PC.

We toured the positive ....

pads:
After 2 weeks, the pad 13 starts a "stick", send a MIDI and do not send the stop when we stop supporting it. 1 week later, the pad 9 is the same.
Last session, the pad 9 has started sending signals alone, while I settled something with the mouse.
Returns SAV two later (and as many months without the controller) I have finally a new unit whose function pads.

The knobs
Fun, when recording with a gradual rise, we see that they do not send 127 positions, but rather 15-20. In short, unusable.

The X / Y pad
Imprecise, too small, it is convenient but it could offer the service.

PC drivers
When the branch, the PADKONTROL not using the right drivers, but those of Microsoft, with which it is incompatible (mood noon syncro problems throughout the DAW, interference with other controllers). We must, each time you plug it into a different port, restart the small software Korg.
In addition, the a priori PADKONTROL inompatible with some controllers on the same hub (note the bitstream 3x with whom I have galleries)

Conclusion
I do not redeem. In fact I even tried to change it when I have it back as collateral for all the problems of pads. In short, this product has good pads, when they work, and the rest is in the worst controllers.

Back without warranty repair. One point less for the SAV.
Second back with a new unit that works this time. Finally pads whose work and whose remains are still unsuitable.
