The purchase of this card is prvoir for those who have a bunch of instruments in audio plug 24 between the permit. I and all my ACCS bcannes without ever having to unplug it extremely comfortable during the phase of components, recording, mastering all ... what! Question is top quality. Prvoir may be a bit of ARER MOTU heater. PC issue some advice to run on XP, personally I work with 2000 pro and it works impeccably.

UTILIZATION

GETTING STARTED

In our application, the engine that drives the audio card uses the ASIO SDK from Steinberg.

I did some tests on my pc with a card and Hoontech, ds I had a crash program,
I had to reboot my PC to get all the new ACCS between terminals of the card.

MOTU ASIO drivers are great because even when I planted my engine Home Audio (pointer
necessary, overflow memory, etc. ...), it was enough for me to restart my application and everything worked perfectly.

For information, on a PC AMD XP 1700 +, I did the following tests:
24 tracks recorded each output + = mixing 24 I ..;

OVERALL OPINION

The card is robust.

The drivers are very good qualities.

The VU meters on the front panel are very useful especially when you want to do tests and the vrifier
software sends many give audio output on diffrent outputs (and you do not forcment
as much as headphone output)

The use of this card is fabulous for our application ...

As a developer in the use of this card, I would advise all who wish Socit

I use it as interface "magnto" inline between my console 24 and Cubase SX. I do basically serves as cubase for shipping, cleaning and storage of track and I did everything via the console.
The 24 inputs can record audio into cubase 24 sources and 24 outputs are magnto back to the console to mix directly on the console.

UTILIZATION

- Installation is it without problem?
Unheard of for me! 5 minutes to install the drivers first, to dye for dcabler the PC open the box, do the mnage in the PC, install the PCI card and close the box back on rewire, connect the cable, go into cubase vrifier that the crate is and start working.
- Have you experienced any incompatibility?

Super simple.

24 tracks simultaneously. against the increase in buffer size (1024 or 2048 should be nickel) I had to crack inrents sound card during recording or live microphone had 10 batteries, a low and a DI between micro bass, guitar and two inputs (POD) or 14 simultaneous input total to more than one track read by click. The buffers 128 silent, and to frquence chantillonage in 24Bit 96Khz, and I got in all in all 8 crack with music by 3 minutes and a half!
I have put the size of the buffers 512 and more crunches Hop!

the price is nine lev now given what is it about less than a DTD magnto 24 tracks, so I think for my part that the ratio quality price is good trs.

The number of inputs / outputs to connect my console, and the future bantam patch

for studio use

Apple Mac Pro 2x2, 66 GHz, 2GB of ram.
I plugged in my Pramper (Focusrite Green EQ, Api 512, Amek 9098), my POD XT and while back in the console, I am getting my coffee in the DI API, WHORE, the two sets, it's a massacre, the Bass POD GOODBYE.

Everything is clear, but I help the Forum to learn as much as quickly as possible. I regret not having even Digital Performer, but because AudioDesk is some function of Digital Performer are allchantes, and look for practical edition and others.

OVERALL OPINION

I worked for over 8 years with the Digi 001 on pc, I do not regret it at all, this card helped me a lot of work standards, but unfortunately, a moment ago, it evolves, the hardware as well.

So I passed the MAC, AudioDesk (for now ????...) and this little gem of MOTU, I can not tell you how I'm lost, I find nothing, nothing, nothing ... but I'm patient, ahhhhh routine when you hold us .
Transfrer I catch I'm with Digi001, history of trying everything ... and well, I do not reviends, how could I pass up many default, imperfection? I have the impression that you put my finger on any default and that they laugh at me more.
I changed my speakers there is less than a year for more vrites in my shots and my mixes, dj c'tait redcouverte but this time the I can not explain what happens, I hear things I could not hear with Digi001, I think that has to come converters which seem to me excellent.

She just has a ti fan noise, but not Gnant to the mix.
