DBZ Guitars: The Imperial

The guitar’s contours give the top and body a curvaceous, refined style — measuring 5/8" thick at its thinnest point. The tailpiece is set back substantially from the bridge, making bends effortlessly smooth and giving players the ability to do unheard of harmonic tricks by depressing the strings behind the bridge, according to the company.

Available in both USA and import models, each guitar features a solid mahogany body and maple top, a 22-fret set mahogany neck and a rosewood fingerboard. The Imperial also features custom DBZ private label humbucking pickups, a DBZ engraved stop tailpiece, graphite saddles and Sperzel tuners. The USA models can be ordered with in a variety of exotic hardwoods; every guitar is available in a variety of custom color options.
