ISP Technologies will introduce at NAMM 2015 the new Pro version of its Theta guitar preamp pedal and the Beta Bass preamp pedal.

The Beta Bass is a preamp pedal for bass that is powered by a 9V AC supply, but which internal power is boosted of +/ 15 V for a total range of 30 V.

The pedal features low and high boost/cut controls and two semi-parametric mids with frequency sweep. The ISP Time Vector compressor is included, as well as an exciter, a distortion circuit with band split, the Decimator noise reducer and a direct XLR output to connect the Beta Bass to a mixer. ISP adds that the Beta Bass can be used for any music style, from jazz to metal.

The other new device that will debut at NAMM is the Theta Pro DSP, an enhanced digital programable version of the Theta preamp with digital effect implementation including the ISP Decimator noise reducer, a wah wah, a delay, reverb and modulation. The pedal also include a SAG level control.

The Theta Pro DSP uses a 32-bit floating processor and converters. ISP adds that it can handle a high level of gain with zero aliasing.
