Guitar very well balanced
A little heavier than the Ibanez models but same weight as Jackson ... and lighter than a Les Paul!
His phenomenal! And here I am not at all agree with the previous commantaire!
Distorted sounds huge, even too well as compared to other guitars I use (for example IBANEZ JEM) I have to remove the saturation!
Funky hyper crystal clear sounds, crunch sounds very accurate ... VERSATILE AND COMPLETE GUITAR!
But obviously it depends on the amp used behind ... for me now head Line 6 Vetta 2 HD ... and previously MARSHALL9200 JMP1 + ...
This probably explains it ...

SOUNDS

I play mostly the "Hard Rock 80's" Metal or current and why it is perfect!
I use it given in D Open Do ... and here for pieces of Nu-Metal, the sound is huge!
As mentioned earlier, the clean sounds are also very pure and highly crystalline desired!

OVERALL OPINION

Used for ten years
What I like most is its versatility, what I like least is that it is a little heavier than other guitars I use, including IBANEZ JEM
The price / quality ratio is incredible for me, especially as this guitar does not is making more than ... opportunity for me and sold off at a price!
For the current price, between 400 and 500 euros, do not hesitate!

Guitar Made in Japan form stratabound head to look "Concorde" in the style Stratocaster supercharged.
Active electronics with passive micro Jackson (1 double + 2 singles).
Three switch on / off (with a microphone).
A volume knob and a tonalitée boosting the medium.

Ash or alder body I do not know, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard.
Shark tooth inlays.

Vibrato Khali (on mine, see photos on my profile) on early models, subsequently replaced by Floyd Rose.

The violin is treated the same impeccable finish being checked under the microscope, the peinure is beautiful and the varnish very thick and very uniform.
Rear view, with a solid color of the body, neck and head, it looks like instrument made from a single piece.
That the photo does not do as well as mine I think, probably the color that should do it.

UTILIZATION

The handle is conductive, flat and wide but I do not know the exact radius, its main peculiarity is that it is mostly very fine hand thumb along its length (nearly flat at the rear) it only thickens very gradually from the junction corp / sleeve as if one can speak of since joining the handle is turned on.
There is no heel and it is very comfortable for the thumb and hand in general for access to acute
The action is incredibly low uniform throughout its length, I mean, the height of the rope to the handle is similar to the first, twelfth and twenty-fourth boxes and all it is important to say no curling.
But nothing prevents you from up the strings if desired.

The neck is very fast, but very fast, ideal for sweeping, tapping and legato endless, I find it even faster than my Vigier Excalibur Custom, which is however known for his sleeve.
Access to acute is very easy.
Good ergonomics of the guitar, it is rather heavy but not as a Lespaul.

Vibrato is a Kalher fine tuner it has very specific, it is not necessary to cut the balls of each rope to the facility as a Floyd, the vibrato is more flexible to the touch than the Floyd, they are more steep, this one more progressive.
It is less sensitive to support that cause a slight "désacordage" right hand on the bridge when the hand is on it way too strong.
After I prefer the Floyd, but it does not Disagree and does his taf.

SOUNDS

Would have been inclined to believe that its looks this guitar is mainly for the hard and heavy, which is not wrong to be seen in the potato that delivers the double associated with the knob of his double boost.Le is accurate is very hot , no drooling only slightly with the boost to the bottom.
The grain is warm and gritty while being accurate, a treat for me.
Note that the double + boost thoroughly saturate even the clean channel of a transistor amp ... it said the reserve.

The knob that boosts the medium and very soft but not millimeters, which allows the right amount of boost the dosage.
The use of unique double sends us to sound like AC / DC, Scorpions, EVH, Maiden, Queensryche, Satriani, Gary Moore etc, etc ... see neo metal.

The two simple micro ring in a very best of vintage Fender, very slamming and crystalline except is that the use of boost on the latter allows the grain of Start pickups do not.

The really simple provide a clean channel, the central neck pickups are dug in mediums, casseroles funky pass wonders and arpeggios to sound like Mike Oldfiel highly crystalline, Marillion, Floyd or Scorpions.
It is important to note that with the active electronics, the simple are devoid of any noise.
The sustain is really great, thank you handle the weight and the driver.

OVERALL OPINION

I have been using 1987 date of purchase (new 7200 francs in Paris at the time).
The instrument soon now 21 years old and very well over time.
Many changes to the Start of the supercharged laudable given the qualitée and the beauty of a good Srato, but I think this guitar is a step up from a Strato "improved", it allows more versatility thanks to its sound boost damn well, its sustain (at the handle and weight) and positions of microphone that does not allow Start in Hot-Rail (neck + bridge micro or 3 pickups together by ex).
As a Strato, it allows the approach of many musical styles but with more sonic possibilities étandues again (thank you the boost on the single coil for example) while being more radical with respect to heavy distortion with humbuckers.
all the benefits of good Strato without the "inconvenience"
In short, from my point of view, "a power Strato ten", from the Jazz (and again), nothing can resist him.
The key word of this guitar is its versatility.
The price this guitar is now opportunity is more than interesting if you are a follower of Strato doped and even more versatile, do not hesitate because this guitar is (and to say the least) that one s' to linger, it is well worth the guitars present, believe me.
