News Ibanez RGD320

Electric solidbody baritone or 7/8 string guitar from Ibanez belonging to the RGD Standard series

For 2010 Ibanez presents a new, heavier rock RG edition, the RGD series.

These guitars, including a 7-string model, are actually designed for down-tuning. Every RGD is factory tuned down a whole step for the most lumbering, growling metal.

RGD models emit clear sound down to the lowest note without losing playability and stand out further from the rest with extended 26.5" neck scales, Wizard comfort-play necks and 3-dimensional body cutaways for playing ease, the company says.

RGD2120ZCSM has the fast-play Prestige Wizard neck and double-locking Edge Zero bridge with ZPS/3. And the seven-string RGD2127ZISH features a Prestige Wizard-7 neck and double-locking Edge Zero 7 bridge w/ZPS3. Both models are crafted in Japan.

RGD320MGS and RGD320WH both include VK-DT (Down Tunz) Pickups for faster, easier and truer down-tuning. They include Prestige Wizard II necks and double-locking Edge III bridge.
