Tube amp, 60 watts of true, you can play 3 with a drummer who bangs (I do)
2 channels, clean channel with the splittable (Vibrolux and Bassman), bassman sound good with a double crunch, we can have three different sounds at the base.
It's high-end super cable supplied for connecting the external speaker (a 2 * 12 mesa boogie in my case), all connections are concrete.
The manual is clear, with small tips and examples of sounds (rock, blues, metal, rhythm, solos ...)

It can also Utilia the loop as a boost, this trick allows a master general, with two different levels on the three sounds, rhythms and solos to distinguish, or play the coolest intros or certain songs.
If you want to take advantage of the loop with a small delay and other effects, a volume pedal gives you the flexibility needed.
Bassman is the sound of hell when it saturates but the noise disturbing the prorpiétaire America's small pub where you play ... the volume pedal will be the solution to enjoy this great The Bassman in very small rooms

Otherwise, the receiver ring of hell or high volume low, and there are reserve ...

    SOUNDS

    My God sounds ...
When I returned the machine for the first time as, the first notes of the faces of my partners are informed, that sounds really great. I've been playing for 11 years on a Marshall JMP head customized by the magicians of VHM, that sounds hellish, but this Fender was very strong.
First, clean sounds Vibrolux or Bassman mode can tackle all of varying styles and sounds clear on the same pieces, and my god it's beautiful. Can be as described above them cruncher, but beware the noise level in small rooms or in a small room (the volume pedal will be necessary to lower the general)
Have a sound database clear of this level is best. You can imagine that any distortion pedals and effects of ring of hell sounds of this quality.
Channel 2 has saturated gains, allowing huge possibillity: the crunch of his 70s, ACDC, Van Halen Fuzz until more modern.
I have a lot to play on the Fender Twin Amp comber, who has a good saturation, but that of the Prosonic is much higher than the top grain. It compresses serious and it's always super nice. I have a Fender Stratocaster and a Gibson Les Paul, it sounds top in all configurations.

    OVERALL OPINION

In short: easy to adjust, clean sounds on top, on top of distorted sounds, from vintage to modern rock (with the noisy fuzz pop or metal), this amp will meet all your expectations. This is the foot, and much cheaper than Mesa, and other high-end amp giving you the sound of that quality.

Go to the site or fender.com fender.fr, listen to the sounds and go try it.

This is the same amp as the combo version but just in a head version. You get the same features and tone but just the ability to use it with other cabinets. This head has a particularly sweet looking tolex covering. It comes in a blonde/cream tolex covering and a brown grille cloth that match up real nicely together.

This is one of the very best modern amplifiers that Fender has put out. This is more of a high gain amp for Fender but still keeping the vintage clean tones they are so famous for having. The amp have quite a bit of features compared to some of their more vintage styled amps. This one has a fat boost switch and also a reverb to add a bit of depth to the tone. I would call th…

    SOUNDS

I like this amp with all kinds of guitars, but mostly I like it with a Fender Stratocaster or a Charvel San Dimas or Socal. I like the light to medium tone of the ash and alder body woods. This compliments the nature of the amp quite well. The clean is very Fender sparkly and jangly. Then you go to channel two and having two gains is almost heaven. This is something you see on several boutique amplifiers. Suhr amps like the PT100 has a similar thing but theirs acts like another channel. This one just gives you deeper and juicy gain distortion.

    OVERALL OPINION

If you need a good clean tone and a hot rod gainy distortion channel then this is your amp. The clean is remarkable and the gain has so much variation with the dual gains that is makes this amp a lot of fun to play.

Unfortunately these amps are no longer being produced by Fender. At least I have not seen them new anywhere. I don't know what the used market price is for these units right now.

Having two channels and both are exceptional is a big bonus. I would recommend anyone to go and try this amp if you get the chance. You may or may not like the voicing but it is a solid amplifier.
