I do not return on the characteristics of this cute little terror, everyone knows them knows!

    UTILIZATION

Use could not be more simple, three knobs which are very sensitive, any additional step is directly audible in the game can be found immediately the sound we want, it's very effective.

    SOUNDS

I have the gear for one week (thank you Blutch the way) and I have a little fun with, for cons I have not yet matched the cabinet, for now I use it with one of my JTM 30. What about this little metal cube has the boot! And it sounds to hell with the Les Paul is pure 70's rock, it's crunchy as desired, the receiver responds immediately to attack the pick, either with the three speakers. I turn Angus, Page etc. .... Start with as it sounds great, I played the riff to Smoke on the Water, it is believed. That happiness, I found it difficult to stop, they fired me .... it was closing time lol.

    OVERALL OPINION

I do not regret my purchase, it is true that nine is a bit expensive, but for a head OCCAZ worth it. I wanted another tube amp with a different sound from JTM, I served and happy.

    - All Tube Amp, 15 / 7 watts, two 12AX7 preamp and 2 EL84 in power.

    - Volume knob, Tone, Gain and ... that's all.

    Plug'n'play!

    UTILIZATION

As for the simplicity of the config ', and the need of the manual, the number of knobs speaks for itself - I believe it.

I put 10, because you branches, you heat it, it sounds.

    SOUNDS

    So here's the interesting part.

Yes, yes, yes, a hundred times yes, the TT suits my style of music. I play rock / metal songs as, with my band, and it fits perfectly.

My config, in order: Lag Roxanne RM 200, Boss GE-7, Rocktron Silver Dragon, Cry Baby 535Q, the TT and his cabinet PCC112.

If I mailed the notice is to fight against prejudice. No, the TT is not, if you will, designed to produce crystal clear sound at a level sufficient to sound to the Stade de France, but in repeats and on stage (tested this weekend at the Nouveau Casino) it passes. For sure, I did not like sound of a Fender, but I have not purchased it. In my microphone splitter (passive), with the gain at noon, I have a clear sound on the verge of rupture, dynamic, warm and plump, very pleasant.

And when j'enclenche the disto ... Mazette. My distortion pedal revives, revived my guitar is extra. It's hot, greasy but always precise harmonics out with ease ... I finally feel that the knobs on my guitar being used for something else all the time fully.

    OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a month, and live again. For the apartment 'is too strong.

It is clear that if you are looking for a Fender clean sound, buy a Fender. The TT is not there for that. on the other hand, for (almost) everything else ... With the equation alone, and pushed into a corner, the beast would almost for the old-school metal. Besides, I do not blame the head or his simplistic equation single channel: it's like a Ferrara blame to go fast, there's a paradox.

I said that this is my first all-tube, and notice is affected. This is the first time that I get as much as a group, that I finally have a place in the mix is extra.

I had it all (head + cabinet) for 700 € at my local dealer, cheaper than Thomann. Yeah, it's worth serious instantly. And for the skeptics, 15 watt all-tube, that's enough, even with a nag behind the drums. I rarely exceed noon volume (always with maximum gain noon), and it is impeccable. "

So of course I do it again this election!

    SOUNDS

From funk to rock ACDC is absolutely perfect .. To the sounds and Fender typed crystalline metal, place your chemin.C 'is the sound of the seventies british as in grain rève.Un beautiful whatever the settings between the Rough Marshall and Vox creamy.
A bit of time, volume up, gain 4, micro simple, clear sound was very susceptible to attack, play, guitar, always ready to crunch small, and very easy to control the volume of guitare.En gain amount, you will discover fabulous blues sounds and rock sounds to fall on micro double.
The big advantage of (relatively) low power is that you can push the beast, and that the tube amps adorent.Je do not know if you tried with just a good 50 watts, it is impossible without permanently destroying the ears or fall out with his friends musicians ....
All at a level more than enough to repeat and concerts clubs.Je puissance.Evidemment have never failed in its clear the reserve is not huge, but the advertised 15 watts are p. ... .. watts.
I said that the beast is plugged into an Orange PPC 212 equipped with Celestion V30.Je plays Fender Telecaster and Gibson Nighthawk Baja.
One downside: The TT does not like pedals disto.J 've tried many, with more or less the same result: it crushes the sound and you do not win neither gain nor in grain.Par against a slight delay, a boost, an equalizer, it passes.

    OVERALL OPINION

I got tired of spending my time playing the tap on my pedal-board to switch channels, activate the effect, the boost, the higher the wah-wah over the rest, rather than to concentrate on the game Fed up with the technology that takes the lead.
I just rediscovered the joy of playing the guitar live without stress. On branch, we play it sounds, it takes the guts, we rediscover your guitar, play with the volume knob, we stop more .. . And that is priceless.
In short, five kilos of happiness.
Expensive per kilo, of course, but frankly it's worth.
    I discovered the brand .. And it's a p. ..... good surprise.

    SOUNDS

So the Tiny Terror .... a nice story ...

A small head, the garons say it is practical and girls say it is troooOO mignooOOOne!

Certainly, but above all the TT is the sound british THE vintage sound.
You get a clean sound excellent, round trs, trs prcis, ideal for old funk of Stevie Wonder.
There's also the crunch, ideal for playing the Stones, SRV and the blues! Place the Gain noon is one feels transported in a bad light bar new york, poss the ashtrays on the corners of amps and drums that grows in guitars! Fantastic!

Finally, we attack the strong point of the amplifier: the rock! While the list is long, it is immediately the Who, Deep Purple, AC / DC (at least the first album) Led Zep, and even a touch of old Black Sabbath metal genre!

I use a Start with Us pickup equipped with a history of pushing the edgy distortion. Occasionally I use a Wah JH-1.

For the cab I took the PPC 112 to complete the Orange's all the way!

    OVERALL OPINION

APRS qute a sound long, treacherous I finally found nirvana ... let me explain.

I have long thought it was a great guitar while the amp was secondary ... ERROR! It is a set! So I dropped my old (but Fidler) Marshall, and my Roland (Beurk. ..) to find the rare pearl.

APRs have test many combos, heads, everything you want lamp I found this little head ... What a slap!

As could have said soberly Keith Richard:''Yep, this amp is cool.''And he would have had reason, you want to return in the 70's? Do not hesitate ^ ^

The Orange Tiny Terror is an all tube amp with and El84 power section and a 12AX7 preamp section. It's switchable between 7 and 15 watts, and in classic Orange style, has bonehead simple controls. One volume, one EQ, one gain knob. That's it, and thats all that's required out of this beast of an amp.

    UTILIZATION

I've not gotten a bad sound out of this amp. The controls are limited, but they do their job, and I'm a fan of simple controls. Just plug in and go. The characteristic Orange sound is on the Britsh, Mashall-esque side, but with more low mids, and growl. UTILIZATION

I've not gotten a bad sound out of this amp. The controls are limited, but they do their job, and I'm a fan of simple controls. Just plug in and go. The characteristic Orange sound is on the Britsh, Mashall-esque side, but with more low mids, and growl. The first riff I played on it was the Accept classic "Balls To The Wall", and it delivered in spades. This amp rocks, and it can go from a round present clean to a high gain roar similar to a goosed JCM 800.

    SOUNDS

Cleans on the OTT are round and punchy, but it's not where it shines most brightly. With the gain at about 8 or 9 oclock it gets a nice plexi voiced breakup, great for Free, AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, etc. Once you hit 12 o clock it gets onto more of a JCM 800 territory, perfect for MSG and Gary Moore. Past this and you enter into a more metallic direction. Lots of very musical, useable gain on tap. The Orange is inherently warm and crunchy. It's simply the best amp money can buy for this price and size.

The 7 watt mode is more compressed, and sounds a touch fatter, whereas the 15 watt mode is more open, singing, and tighter. I stayed in the 7 watt mode most of the time, because I like that really fat tone, but it's nice to have that extra power.

Don't be discouraged, this amp is LOUD, and can hang with a drummer without any problem.

    OVERALL OPINION

Since the OTT has been on the market, competitors like Vox, Boogie, Traynor, Laney, etc. have pushed out their own lunchbox sized amps, and in my opinion, the Orange slays them all. No little amp has so much versatility, character, looks, or tone. The Tiny Terror is an amp with nuts. It's the standby amp that I recommend to anyone looking for an amp. It's perfect for taking to jams or practices for it's portability and weight.

The configuration of the Orange Amps Tiny Terror couldn't be any easier to understand. With just the three knobs, it is easy to zero in on the tone you are looking for, and you can surprisingly get a good amount varying tones with this. I don't have a manual for this, but it is very easy to use and you should have no troubles without a manual if you don't have one.

    SOUNDS

The sound quality of the Orange Amps Tiny Terror is awesome. It has both super clean sounds and fat overdrive tones. It usually send this amp to whatever speaker cabinet I have around, and plug in either a Fender Stratocaster or a Gibson SG. No matter what surrounding parts I use this amp with, I find I always get a full sound that I am happy with, whether it be for clean or heavy parts.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've been using the Orange Amps Tiny Terror for about a year and have found it to be one of the best bargains on the market in terms of guitar amplification. It is extremely cheap considering how much tone you get with this amp. It is quite small and has a handle, so it is great for use on the go. Orange makes some incredible amps, and the Tiny Terror is one of its best, and its cheapest.

You get a good crunch sound and an excellent distortion without a sweat. The sound is good whatever the tone knob position. From very dark to very sharp, it's magic. The user's manual? No manual is necessary and even the neighbor's dog would understand how to use this amp.

    SOUNDS

When it comes to sound, you can choose between distortion and distortion! I first heard the amp at the rehearsal of a death metal band where the guitarist played Orange and Mesa Rectifier amps at the same time. I thought the guy had a good sound because of the Mesa but I decided to do a test at a store. The shop assistant connected to an Orange 4x12" speaker cabinet and then... It blew me away. And don't worry about it sounding too clean for heavy metal, with the EMG pickups of my guitar I have enough gain. I admit that I like old-school distortion ("Kill'em all" and the like) but it sounds great and it's better than that slick and modern distortion sound with no personality. It totally killed me! It produces 60 watts of raw tube power. I use it only for distortion sounds because it was conceived for that and it's a lot of fun at that. If you're looking for a clean tube tone, forget this amp! I lent it to a guy during a concert, he plugged his pedal board into it and the sound was somewhat pathetic.

    OVERALL OPINION

I've been using it for over a month and I'm fully satisfied. I play thrash metal and it's a lot of fun, especially on stage. It sounds straight with a good speaker cabinet (I have a home-customized Marshall 4x12" cabinet).
I already owned Mesa/Boogie amps, Marshall heads as well as Randall and Brunetti tops and the sound of this beast blew me away. On the other hand, if you want a versatile amp with Midi implementation and effects loop search elsewhere. I find the quality/price/transportability ratio unbeatable. I don't have sciatica any more, thank you Orange! I would buy it again, twice! I'm sure that all metal bands are using Tiny Terror amps hidden behind their cabinet walls on stage. I give it 9/10 because nothing is perfect in this world, even though this amp head is perfect for me.
