Embertone has released the first audio demo including Leonid Bass, their upcoming double bass Kontakt Library.
Embertone’s Leonid Bass will join Blakus Cello, Friedlander Violin and Fischer Viola in the brand’s Solo Intimate Strings series. Built on the same technology as the others, it should feature several articulations, controls/modes and round robins but Embertone also promises smoother control of dynamics and colors, and announced it as their “most advanced creation yet”.
While Leonid Bass’s precise release date and price are still to be announced, a first sound demo (featuring the entire, now extended family of Embertone Solo Intimate Strings instruments) is available from Embertone’s Soundcloud, and the GUI has also already been made public:
