UTILIZATION

- The installation is done it without problems? Few problems when I moved in with a friend, no problem under Windows XP at the beginning, however, requires that you install the drivers when the card is plugged in and turned. - Have you encountered incompatibilities? No inconsistency found with the mode WDM, ASIO drivers by running against the very evil in Live, WaveLab, energyXT (incessant crackle even increasing the latency in an exaggerated manner) ... - The general configuration is easy? GETTING STARTED

- The drivers are stable? Stables yes, but slow and rotten. They cause cracking or random saturation ASIO mode, even with a very large buffer size. - Are they often updated? Never and that's the problem. MAC drivers seem to be less buggy than those available for Windows but begin to age and are compiled for a PowerPC architecture, if I remember correctly - What software do you use most often? OVERALL OPINION

- What is so special that you like most and least? The ease of setting standards and monitoring live that can be used in conjunction with the playback, which allows you to 'mix' the return of a expander with the audio stream without using a table, I like also the 'ground lift' that allowed me to solve many problems with my laptop. The supplied software bundle is rotten, as demos versions or very limited in their use. It should also turn on the PC for the monitoring works. In WDM mode, no recording capability. - How do you price / quality ratio? The value for money sucks because the drivers are bad, I bought it anyway € 100 new. - With experience, you do again this choice? ... Not because of the incessant crackling that makes the card almost unusable in Windows XP.

A good point that there was the bundle comes with: WaveLab Lite, Cubase LE, Ableton Live 4, Sonar etc. ...

bad point: the very poor performans of drivers of machines .. The breath unbearable input audio quality - preamp (but at this price ... normal ^ ^)

value for money: a little extra in the competition, I am sure we have good drivers correctly coded, but the time was the best compromise function for money for me

With experience, I would save more to buy a real sound card.
