I was looking to upgrade the entry level Takamine on which I had started, so I went to all the shops in the Santa Cruz, CA area and played everything I could get my hands on. I ended up getting this instrument at More Music. I think it was listed at $900.

Of course, I bought it foremost for the sound. It's sound is precise, crystal clear, and warm. It is very responsive and capable of great range of expression. It doesn't sound quite as good as my teacher's $20K guitar, but it's not far behind.

A beautiful instrument that is comfortable to play.

Nothing.

Impeccable. Beautiful to look at and hold. All solid wood. Plays and stays wonderfully in tune.

I don't think a lot of these make it to the US, but if you see one, you should definitely check it out.
