«  Not for my Warwick $ $ »

For specifications, see the manufacturer's website or the previous opinions.

I just add that I never managed to know what is like light in the pre-amp. I fear it is a component designed specifically for Markbass you can not change ...

UTILIZATION

I tried it in two stores with the seller every time.
I found it quite complicated to use VLE and VPF filters.
But I have some experience and I know to solve a ampeg onions
Great difficulties to find a sound (see next section).

Furthermore there is no volume control pre-amp. If you go up the gain to find a large saturation, the volume is mounted. Must be compensated at Masters level to maintain the same volume. If you have an auxiliary input, you also lower its noise level.
Conversely, in concert, if you want a clean sound, you will lower the gain. It will then mount the master of many for you to hear.
In a small store, I had to master the 8 / 10 to get a clear sound. Let me tell you in concert, that pass! : (

FYI, I was on a 4x10 cabinet 'of the same brand.
Yet just at the very volume.

SOUNDS

This amp is VERY typical. It offers its a little greasy and very warm. It fits perfectly for the blues and reggae. But I doubt it is effective for the metal.

But above all, interesting info that I have to deliver is that this is inappropriate filled at all my $ $ Warwick which is itself very typical. An instrument that has a very warm sound rather dull and original texture. If one adds warmth and roundness of the amp, it gets mushy and muffled sound not nice at all: (

With vendors, we tried to sculpt the sound with the FFT filters, VLE and equalization. But he had to put the filters one at max and min to have another in a less mushy, nothing more. So, I am convinced that the sound palette is very limited with my bass.
Can not find the treble or presence. Just BOOM: (

I read in journals that complied with the instrument amp, but I could see that we should not be relied upon. Markbass is very typical because I had the same experience with a config MoMark.

OVERALL OPINION

I spent 2 times an hour to try to resolve the missile.
I did not buy.

I do not mean that the amp is zero, but it is clear that it does not stick with my Warwick I love the madness:) So the choice is quickly made.
I will seek a more neutral amp which merely amplify. It will be better suited to expressing my fabulous instrument.
