UTILIZATION

Quite difficult to use when you want to get a precise sound. Many hack is needed to achieve a result. Now in terms of the pedal itself, it is not easy and it's nice. Just the size it takes;

SOUND QUALITY

The sound quality is perfectly fine but my amp is sputter (GK backline 112 and Squier Vintage Precision Bass) with some effects.

OVERALL OPINION

This pedal I already own for over a year no longer serves me as a volume pedal and tuner. I have since bought 3 Boss pedals to get the effects I wanted. It is amusing since quite a few sounds are pretty funny but the music I play, I have no use.
A remake, but I rachèterais to use volume / tuner.

It has everything to seduce, effects, connectivity, expression pedal etc. ...

UTILIZATION

Use rather easy, not too much trouble to set it off, the effects are easily configurable to be just a little history of presets which you do not understand much

connected to a low 4cordes schecter ghostflame with EMG pickups or guitar schecter omen-6 (yes yes indeed this multi doing very well on my guitar)
and in addition a small preamp / effect behringer BDI 21 and currently a behringer v-amp AMPIRE (preamp bypass and speaker as well) connected to a big speaker yamaha (15 "+ tweeter)

SOUND QUALITY

In terms of sound, multi-effect is doing very well, with a + for the phaser, which is devastating for the slap.
the side of the disto all is a wonder (I can be like a simulation amp distortion softer but I will not complain)
for the synth is a little flop, the attack is not great, the sound is too metallic, and to succeed in finding a suitable AC takes time.
Then for the different effects are all well, except maybe the Octaver gives a metallic sound too, and the pitch shifter too, the ring modulator is completely useless (which ca be used to effect that sounds more notte that we play totally random?)
wah pedal out a good sound (although on a low this is not the best effects)
compress / limit plays its role very well, with a distortion makes it sound really good
the noise gate is very useful in certain cases where it starts to whistle.
for other effects I have not had time to try everything, but overall the sound is good

edit: after a rehearsal I must say I was very happy, the sound that comes out is really good, really face fuzz effect with bass and guitar that comes a very good sound for the rest not really tried everything

the price / quality ratio is excellent, especially considering the number of effects and the expression pedal etc. ...

The main-effects available are: compressor / limiter, wha wha, wha self, phaser, delay, reverb, chorus, trmolo, flanger, EQ, distortion, sinth ... There are also amp simulators, and a DIFFERENT acordeur beat (drum machine). The expression pedals can be very useful, it can be used in nonbeux effects and as volume.

SOUND QUALITY

- The effects are good but can obviously not replace the individual pedals
- I use a G & L L2000 bass and an amp behringer BX1200

UTILIZATION

The config for multi nophyte / bass effect (what j'tais) is defined completely in less than 4 hours. has been a week since I tried at home and repeating.

Multi-Effects Amp Simulator + very complete with an impressive array of effects that can accumulate (up to 9 now!).
Acts as a tuner box and acquisition (comes with Cubase and a USB cable)
Expression pedal that controls the volume (or the effect, it depends) at the bottom: very useful live.

UTILIZATION

It's pretty simple to navigate. The effects are many but you can select and adjust easily. The small screen also allows to know precisely what we do and have a very fine adjustment.
The manual is very well done but you can do without: the use of the pedal is fairly intuitive.
Only the tuner could be improved because it is not always easy to bypass the pedal (you must press the two switches together, or there are only 2 feet, we must "get" feet on the 2 pedal).

SOUND QUALITY

I think the majority of effects are disappointing. I have no other experience about the effects pedals but I finally uses very little (and not in groups) because I think they spoil the sound of my bass (Stingray 5C). I bought this pedal to see the effects today, I think I have need of nothing (a distortion can be but then I will be very demanding!).

For cons, I use a lot of amp simulation that allows me to have very different sounds quickly while still acceptable! I do not separate more and repeat as in concert.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this pedal for 5 months now and it has become indispensable to me, at home or in repeats.
At home because I used to purchase housing and amp simulator (no need to plug the amp that big fuss and inconvenience the neighbors, a simple headset connected directly to the case simply: very handy for traveling!)
In repeated because the pedal and the different simulations allow me to adjust my sound without distorting it.

For the price, I think performance is more than acceptable. Only for Effects (what is asked in the beginning) that I remain mixed. At the same time, for trying the flanger and distortion of Boss, I think (because the bass was not the same) and this pedal has nothing to envy the famous manufacturer. The fact remains that I find the effects too cheap for my taste.

This choice I would do again as the pedal is not just a multi-effects. Must still need the tuner function, simulation and acquisition!

I do not know what to make of amp simulations having never used until the present. When I record I use my amp with a microphone in front, but the amp simulation lamps made me happy for models in home studio.

I use it since July 2006.
Plus, the expression pedal, super convenient, especially since we can assign a specific function each preset very cool ca!
Connectors usb, super convenient for quick note taking on the computer.
DI output super convenient for playing in small bars with a table, being able to switch the mass is also great, and avoids a lot of problems last minute.
The pace is really convenient box with all its patterns to repeat at home to click that I was not necessarily before. It invites CRER grooves which we do not necessarily believe in repeating.

SOUND QUALITY

The effects of plant are not the most fun: demonstrative and often little used. For cons, the presets are arranged on some forums and give nice results.
I use it with an Ibanez BTB-505. Not being a fan of effects, I do not abuse it, but the compressor is working. Reverb, delay and chorus are also welcome at times. For some effects, you can edit them with the "tap" that allows them to synchronize with the rhythm: nice!

It is a digital multi-effects for bass complete with lots of effects and amp simulations some known (or sometimes less).
The connection is simple and efficient entry and exit level guitar, XLR output, a jack for expression pedal and an extra USB port that lets you use the pedal as an audio interface.
The case is sturdy but the inside is more cheap (I had to change the two switches that were reliable enough, thank you to JM by the way).

I have this brave little for almost four years and it holds up. But she is primarily a DI and tuner, I use a single preset on stage (with amp simulation and a compressor).

I appreciate the compactness and robustness of this pedal, I deplore the slight lack of musical effects which we often prefer not to even use them.

Nevertheless, I am very happy to have it, it makes my life easier on stage (I never use it in the studio though) and can restore the bass much better than many DI cheap.
