The Soundking Group has announced the appointment of JHS as distributor of Studiomaster and Carlsbro in the UK and Eire.
The announcement was made today, jointly by Soundking Group President Mr Xianggui Wang and JHS Managing Director Dennis J Drumm, at the NAMM show in Anaheim CA.
With the appointment of JHS as exclusive distributor for the UK and Eire, Studioking Ltd and Carlsbro Holdings Ltd will be the respective international trading companies for the Studiomaster and Carlsbro brands, responsible for product development and engineering, international distribution and marketing. These two companies will move from their current Leighton Buzzard site to facilities within Cadac Holdings’ Luton HQ.
The announcement of the appointment of JHS as joint distributor for the Studiomaster and Carlsbro brands is in line with the strategic initiative to merge distribution of the two brands, in order offer their combined international distribution and retail networks access to both.
The transition of distribution to JHS will be with immediate effect from 1 February and will be automatic for Studioking and Carlsbro dealers that are currently JHS clients.
