And TG500 is ditable with MidiQuest. Whew! because the LCD is minus.
It is still an expander of another age (not compatble GM for example) or 7 / 10.
UTILIZATION
Configuration gnrale Is it easy? Yes. trs.
Via MidiQuest is a pleasure to edit the curves graphically, and have all pages accessible from a single glance. on the LCD is .. pff ....
Synthse is simple because the layer on the timeless pattern VCO-VCF-VCA with envelopes, LFO .., and is devilishly effective. It's funny to see as it can as well Shma gnrer sounds crap that sounds great, depending on the quality of its implmentation. Here is the big sound from everywhere. Yamaha is not in the wrong soup.
A synthse based on a bank of 293 well-thought PCM (best for saw & pulse dclinaisons particular), a filter-rsons strength of the synth-which here must really fast envelopes (but not super fast) on the pitch, filter and amp. opportunities modulations (football, aftertouch, LFO, VLOC, wheel).
A synthse that does not the head, easy to reach his goals. The concrete.
A wide choice of PCM, perplexing, one can oblige a search. but they are classs.
