Published on 09/13/12 at 12:34Tried today in a concert when I was in office troublemaker in circles. Maxx4 of FBT were used:
- As stage
- As a tool for sound systems
So I'll go through the metal grilles that were already rusting on models less than two years old. I'll also quality "lightweight" put forward by the manufacturer, which simply means that these speakers are more fragile than others. I spend less on the absence of equalization (the picture above is false and shows the active model, the passive model, no eq), which is already unacceptable. The lack of XLR is as unacceptable (only 2x speakon). I note a lack ausi stability for use back stage, because the bearing surface is limited. In short, on the grip, it is lagging behind.
Yet there are strengths. It is relatively compact and easy to cram / store. It comes with a cover. And, during this festival, during the first rainy day, I admired the tightness of the copy machine, which has given her the deluge without flinching.
Regarding the sound:
FBT surprised me. I've never heard anything like it in terms of quality. If you are in line, it sounds fiddle with a tendency to spit treble. When tapping misaligned they sound boxy, with a crash of the same fever. Anyway, my impression, broadly, is that it sounds disgusting and the girl is molested as a sound dumb and stupid "the box" Chinese 120 euros. It's not brilliant ... even very mat overall. I have no idea of its price, but if it costs more than 100 euros, you might reasonably think of another investment.
No idea what it is, at the long-term quality and quality of service. Never significant in the whole, but not known to me for this product.
