[NAMM] Pete Anderson To Demo Reverend
By TonyBruno on 01/08/2009
Country/roots-rock guitar Pete Anderson will demo his new Reverend signature guitar at the NAMM show (Jan. 15-18).
Appearances
Friday and Saturday at 2PM.
Allstar Guitar Night Concert: Saturday night.
Tickets available at Reverend and other sponsor's booths.

Reverend has teamed up with Pete for Reverend's first full hollow model. "The guitar projects a vintage look, but has upgraded performance features designed to appeal to today's players. The satin finish and vintage appointments project a low key "pawnshop prize" look that belies the guitars high performance design... similar in concept to an old sleeper street rod with a hidden nitrous tank," according to Reverend.

Key features include two Reverend P-90 pickups, laminated single-cutaway body, Bigsby B70 tremolo, Pin-Lock tuners, Bass Contour control, and the Uni-Brace low-feedback bracing.

List: $1429

Reverend Pete Anderson Signature
By Cannonball on 12/16/2008
Reverend has announced the release of the Pete Anderson Signature guitar, which happens to be the brand's first "true" hollowbody guitar.
The brand announces this model as featuring a vintage look with upgraded performances so as to suit today's players, with a mix of roar and twang provided by the stock P-90s. It also features the Uni-Brace system, which basically consists in dividing the guitar into two chambers while connecting the bridge and neck blocks, which is supposed to provide less feedback, an increased sustain, clearer lows, and yet a classic hollow sound.

Other features include spruce top with laminated maple back and sides, a set korina neck with a 24-3/4" scale, 12" radius, 22 frets rosewood fingerboard, all with a Bigsby B70 tremolo.

List price is $1429, with an additional $169 for the case.
Available finishes include Satin Vintage Natural & Satin Black.
