The key feature of the DS6213 is its removable 13" gooseneck, which can be adjusted with one hand, without knobs or clutches.
Constructed of spring-steel, the gooseneck is supposedly flexible yet firm enough to support most common microphone designs.
Attachment is made via a solid steel 5/8" threaded end, compatible with standard microphone clips, according to On-Stand Microphones.
The weighted horseshoe-shaped base utilizes two forks, acting as outriggers, to support the 13" reach of the gooseneck, while taking up minimal desktop space, the company says. Measuring 5.5" wide and 7" deep, the base features padded rubber feet to prevent scratches and is finished in a durable black powder coat.
