UTILIZATION
handle very nice, very decent preamp. It helps me because I play amplified with a drummer, a bassist and a singer. The percussion on the soundboard does not sound very well with the Taylor Expression System.
SOUNDS
clear. setting at noon on 3 knobs is not bad. It suits my style of music, and it sounds much better than a Taylor 814. It is not a good Martin, but it is easier to play and preamps are already installed and in good quality, is what motivated my investment.
OVERALL OPINION
2 or 3 years. Very easy to play, nice sound (but not worth a good Martin, I said). By against mechanical on the head, covered with gold, ca feared too much moisture. a concert in a wet bar and the pieces were stitched after all! Watch out for the lovers of big tie, I wanted to put a stronger pull on some strings (I play in open tuning), the guitar was not supported! I can bring it to the store to set the handle and resolve to a set of standard string pulling.
