Utilization

Such a sound in such a small thing!?
It is superb, the sound is warm, beautiful, perfect for jazz or folk. May be less effective for the country because too round, but I was really impressed by his smooth suave of this amp.
The sound is colorful but respects the particularities of each guitar (I have a Variax, and the amp perfectly follows each change).
The chorus is a chorus-phaser than a chorus, which may displease me I'm fine. The reverb is OK, but intended to give depth, if you push too to give a hovering effect, it is less pleasant.
Button shape is useful (but to enable on the amp), to have more rounded edges (but personal, I think they are enough without him, so I almost never use it).
His power is limited and can not play with a battery, only sound I tried to push the volume, we really pert as after a while, the sound becomes loud enough, we feel that the amp is running out ...
Nevertheless, if we stay at a reasonable power, the T.20 has a deep, warm and precise, which maintains a dynamic decent and the signal of each instrument.

C'est superbe, le son est chaleureux, magnifique, parfait pour du jazz ou du folk. Peut être moins efficace pour la country car trop rond, mais vraiment j'ai été bluffé par le son suave tout en douceur de cet ampli.
Le son est coloré mais respecte les particularités de chaque guitare (j'ai une variax, et l'ampli suit parfaitement chaque changement).
Le chorus est plus un chorus-phaser qu'un simple chorus, ce qui peut déplaire, moi ça me va. La réverb est correcte, mais destiné à donner de la profondeur, si vous la poussez trop pour donner une effet planant, elle est moins agréable.
Le bouton shape est utile (mais à activer sur l'ampli), pour avoir des contours encore plus rond (mais perso, je trouve qu'ils le sont déjà assez sans lui, alors je ne l'utilise quasiment jamais).
Sa puissance est limité et ne permet pas de jouer avec une batterie, seulement en acoustique, j'ai essayé de pousser le volume, on pert vraiment en qualité au bout d'un moment, le son devient assez criard, on sent que l'ampli est à bout...
Malgré tout, si on reste à une puissance raisonnable, le T.20 a un son profond, chaleureux et précis, qui conserve une dynamique très correcte et le signal de chaque instrument.

Overall Opinion
I had the opportunity to test his big brother, S.80, to play in groups with the same sound and I was disappointed. The S.80 retains this heat (but I found it less attractive anyway) but the dynamics are "deaf" and the sound is unclear, arpeggios sound a bit messy, even playing with the settings there is nothing. Therefore impossible to use the S.80 group in my opinion, the frequencies of other instruments certainly will eventually drown the sound in a slurry unlistenable.
So, I kept my T.20 for possible acoustic gigs and home use (its power is perfect for this) and I dropped him to the S.80 preferred a less warm but marshall AS100D much more effective (not the same price either ... almost double).
For the price and type of use for which it is intended, hard to beat! As I said, it is perfect folk and jazz, for those who love the sounds that have typified the mouth and the softness of both.

J'ai eu l'occasion de tester son grand frère, le T.80, pour pouvoir jouer en groupe avec le même son et j'ai été déçu. Le T.80 garde cette chaleur (mais je l'ai trouvé moins jolie tout de même) mais la dynamique est "sourde" et le son est imprécis, les arpèges sonnent un peu brouillon, même en jouant avec les réglages rien y fait. Donc impossible d'utiliser le T.80 en groupe selon moi, les fréquences des autres instruments finiront certainement de noyer le son dans une bouillie inécoutable.
Du coup, j'ai conservé mon T.20 pour d'éventuels concerts acoustiques et une utilisation à la maison (sa puissance est parfaite pour ça) et j'ai laissé tombé le T.80 pour lui préféré un marshall AS100D moins chaleureux mais bien plus efficace (pas le même prix non plus...quasiment le double).
Pour le prix, et pour le type d'utilisation pour lequel il est prévu, difficile de trouver mieux ! Comme je l'ai dit, il conviendra parfaitement au folk et au jazz, pour ceux qui aiment les sons typés qui ont de la gueule et de la douceur à la fois.
