Utilization
Channel D very nice satin. Fingers glide on their own. The ebony fingerboard is a treat.
Excellent ergonomics of the grand concert form which the body is less deep than usual Dreadnaught. Guitar very slight
The sound is surprisingly powerful and full saw the body (thanks to the composite structure under the table I guess). The sustain is excellent.
One thing missing there is no attachment strap (except the jack)

Manche satiné en D tres agréable. Les doigts glissent tout seuls. La touche ébène est un régal.
Ergonomie excellente de cette forme grand concert dont la caisse est moins profonde qu'une Dreadnaught habituelle. Guitare tres legere
Le son est etonnamment puissant et plein vu la caisse (grace a la structure composite sous la table je suppose). Le sustain est excellent.

The sound is quite versatile and powerful. It provides the accompaniment (style Renan Luce for imaging) or blues, rock, country etc. .. I'm not good at it but I attended a demo of picking on this guitar blew me away also .. a good guitarist has come to draw what he wants ...
amplified sound is excellent too (I had an AER compact 60 and I had the opportunity to tap into others). We can perform a variety of settings with two microphones. Personally, I almost always two

Le son est assez polyvalent et puissant. Il permet l'accompagnement (style Renan Luce pour imager) ou blues, rock, country etc.. Je ne suis pas bon dans ce domaine mais j'ai assisté a une demo de picking sur cette guitare qui m'a bluffé aussi.. un bon guitariste arrive a en tirer ce qu'il veut...
le son est excellent amplifié aussi (j'ai eu un AER compact 60 et j'ai eu l'occasion de brancher sur d'autres). On peut realiser une multitudes de reglages avec les deux micros. Personnellement, j'utilise presque toujours les deux

Overall Opinion
I have this guitar for 2 years. I stumbled upon it while I had to sell my Ovation to buy a Takamine.
I was immediately seduced by its comfort, build quality, finish. The touch of the handle has been for many as well.
I tried other models Martin (which I loved but too expensive) Yamaha Ovation Takamine (including Santa Fe)
but the qualities of this guitar and immediately seduced me the price / quality ratio is excellent considering the quality of the instrument
(FYI it is sold in the U.S. $ 1,600)
to € 200 over there is the version Dreadnauht rosewood back and sides ... but I prefer mine ...

J'ai cette guitare depuis 2 ans. Je suis tombé dessus par hasard alors que je venais de vendre mon Ovation pour acheter une Takamine.
J'ai immédiatement été seduit par son confort, sa qualité de fabrication, sa finition. Le toucher du manche y a été pour beaucoup aussi.
J'avais essaye d'autres modeles Martin (que j'ai beaucoup aime mais trop chere) Ovation Yamaha Takamine (santa fe notamment)
mais les qualités de cette guitare m'ont seduit immediatement et le rapport qualité/prix est excellent vu la qualité de l'instrument
(pour info aux USA elle est vendue 1600 $)
pour 200 € de plus il y a la version Dreadnauht fond et eclisse palissandre... mais j'ai prefere la mienne...
