Characteristics
It has an amp 300 W RMS with two speaker outputs, a preamp tube that serves only to "decorate" ... Brief standard config, all you need is already using a radio / CD to understand how to use that thing!
On a un ampli 300 w RMs avec deux sorties HP, un préamp à lampe qui ne sert qu'à "décorer"... Bref config standard, il suffit d'avoir déjà utiliser un radio/CD pour comprendre comment utiliser ce machin !
Utilization
It's simple? Yes it ha! ^ Same too? In short, I used this amp a few months. Honestly it is given for 300 w ... ? I have doubts about the power. One gets the impression of having a "soft knee" in front of us! How many times I yelled: "But you sent me of his b *****!". The sound? so easy to obtain: a y'en (which is neutral for that matter!). For the rest, you have real brands!
C'est simple ? Ha ça oui !! Trop ^même ?? Bref, j'ai utilisé cet ampli quelques mois. Sincèrement il est donné pour 300 w... ?? J'ai des doutes sur la puissance. On a comme l'impression d'avoir un "mou du genou" en face de nous ! Combien de fois j'ai gueulé :"Mais tu m'envoies du son b***** !!!". Le son ?? oui facile à obtenir : y'en a qu'un (qui est neutre d'ailleurs !). Pour le reste, il vous reste des vrais marques !!
Sounds
So for her? .. Easy to obtain: it connects and presto! So you could say "easy"! For the rest?! If you have a good bass, the sound is good, if it is a low entry level, you'll understand me! But this amp is intended for young, novice, etc.. In short, those starting out and want a first head (with the light so conspicuous!) Without breaking the bank ... He missed!
This amp is only useful for two things: it is nice it is true that the next vintage, the lamp behind a small window that's pretty ... According to the weight: it weighs like a dead donkey weighted with lead, it was an amp that one hesitates to move! So sometimes we say we will cancel the concert for fear of having this anvil up and down the seven-storey student from our room ... Simply put: you want a good head cheap, efficient, lighter? Take the VR Micro ampeg! It sounds a thousand times better, and the weight off that thing! When I received it and plugged (after wearing it on the walls I thought: given the weight it needs to send!) Well I plug it, and then I tell myself ... "Um, I had forgotten to plug a wire, or a button to switch?!" ... Short, one rikikiki ... I searched? Well no, everything was ok! Finally at the connections!
For sound, you should know that you really "push" knobs for juice! It's annoying fast! The feeling of not having underfoot bothers me terribly!
I have no favorite in this amp! Oh yes when I found someone to take it back ... I had to sell off a few weeks after the purchase because really after two concerts (one outdoors) I was bored, annoyed ... Sound "sucks" without fishing, tasteless ... In short, the sound you not want to have!
The only drawback is that if you just want to throw it out the window by dint of seeking the right sound you could seriously injure someone given the weight of the craft!
The preamp tube: a scam! it is aesthetic! More you push the gain, or volume, the lamp does not change! It's just a flashlight that illuminates a lamp "power" behind glass! This is not even the power tube that lights up! Scandal! See if you have the opportunity to your dealer ... Or I hate to think that it is the head that I had a worry ...
Sincerely opt for a class D amp that prevent you fart back and give you the power, dB less heavy!

Alors pour le son ?.. Facile à obtenir : on se branche et hop ! Donc on peut dire "facile" ! Pour le reste ??!! Si vous avez une bonne basse, le son sera bon, si c'est une basse entrée de gamme, vous m'aurez compris ! Pourtant cet ampli se destine aux jeunes, débutants, etc. Bref, ceux qui débutent et qui veulent une première tête (avec la lampe de manière ostentatoire !!) sans se ruiner... C'est raté !
Cet ampli n'a d'intérêt pour deux choses : il est joli c'est vrai que le côté vintage, la lampe derrière une petite vitre c'est joli... Après pour le poids : comme il pèse un âne mort lesté de plomb, on a un ampli qu'on hésite à déplacer !! Donc parfois on se dit qu'on va annuler le concert de peur de devoir lever cette enclume et descendre les 7 étages depuis notre chambre étudiant... Pour faire simple : vous voulez une bonne tête pas chère, efficace, légère ?? Prenez la Micro VR d'ampeg ! Elle sonne mille fois mieux, et le poids à côté de ce truc !! Quand je l'ai reçu et branché (après l'avoir porté sur l'enceinte je me suis dit : vu le poids ça doit envoyer !!) Et bien je le branche, et là je me dis... "Heu, j'ai dû oublier de brancher un fil, ou de switcher un bouton ??!!"... Bref, un son rikikiki... J'ai cherché ?? Et bien non, tout était ok !! Enfin au niveau des branchements !!
Pour le son, il faut savoir qu'il faut vraiment "pousser" les potards pour avoir du jus ! C'est vite énervant ! La sensation de ne pas en avoir sous le pied me gêne terriblement !
Je n'ai rien préféré dans cet ampli ! Ah si quand j'ai trouvé quelqu'un pour me le reprendre... j'ai dû le brader quelques semaines après l'achat car vraiment après deux concerts (dont un en extérieur) j'étais blasé, dépité... Un son "naze", sans pêche, insipide... Bref, le son qu'on a pas envie d'avoir !
Le seul inconvénient c'est que s'il vous vient l'envie de le jeter par la fenêtre à force de chercher un son correct vous risqueriez de blesser gravement quelqu'un vu le poids de l'engin !

Sincèrement optez pour un ampli classe D qui évitera de vous péter le dos et vous donnera de la puissance, des dB pour bien moins lourd !!!

Overall Opinion
I scratched a personal brand: Kustom. I do not want to hear about it! To get a head behind buy Ampeg Micro VR, I can say that I realized the difference between a small head well filled, and a large head and very heavy load ... To me this model is an error, a horror of bass amplification! There are two knobs on the front which are useless! I've looked ... As soon as we moved into one, it did lower the noise level, frequency and disappear so random?? ... So they stayed in the middle tjs! Therefore remained a 3-band equation (and yes as an active bass!) For an amp supposed "to do", it's very light!
What I liked:? The price? And even when using it because we say we paid dearly! the least: Ben this thing to be considered a 300 watt bass amp, and worse than some young people say that's true bass sound known! My Harley Benton 110-w buried "far" (in terms of sound, sound diffusion, feeling of power ...)!
The rating is final. It's tough but deserved! Maybe mine was a concern, but with hindsight it is part of the worst mistakes I made in choosing the material of low!

Perso j'ai rayé une marque :Kustom. Je ne veux plus en entendre parler ! Pour avoir acheter derrière une tête Ampeg micro VR, je peux dire que j'ai vite compris la différence entre une petite tête bien pleine, et une grosse tête lourde et bien vide... Pour moi ce modèle est une erreur, une horreur de l'amplification basse ! Il y a deux molettes sur la face avant qui ne servent à rien ! J'ai eu beau chercher... Dès que l'on en bougeait une, elle faisait baisser le niveau sonore, et disparaître des fréquences de manière aléatoires ???... Donc elles sont tjs resté au milieu !! Donc restait une équa 3 bandes (et oui comme sur une basse active !) pour un ampli censé "le faire", c'est très light !!
