Characteristics
Bass amp and transistor switching power supply (hence the weight of 12.25 kg)

three-way speaker (tweeter (1pouce) that can be cut, a medium (5 inches) and a boomer (10 inches) that has the distinction of being underneath, with a raised stand for the whole
input jack (low or high z) but only one at a time, if you want two amplified instrument, take the coda.

an effects loop (send in jack, and a jack in return for the level knob)
a filter (switch on / off switch and notch / HP, as well as for the frequency knob)

Amp designed to get the closest to the acoustic sound of the bass.
Before I had a sensor not great and the sound was still acceptable, even at the bow.

Ampli pensé pour obtenir un son le plus proche du son acoustique de la contrebasse.
Avant j'avais un capteur pas terrible et le son était quand même acceptable, même à l'archet.

Overall Opinion
I use it for 3 years, the big advantage is that the manufacturer's warranty is 5 years
I tried lots of bass amps (SWR, Hartke, Ampeg, Ashdown, Fender, AER Basscube ...) and is the one that best reproduces the acoustic sound of the bass.
Jazz guitar sound really great on this amp.
Electric bassists he might prefer an ampeg, SWR a ...
The DI is an excellent quality, every time I'm with sound technicians can not believe it and asked me if acoustic image manufactures self DI

J'ai essayé plein d'amplis basses (SWR, Hartke, Ampeg, Ashdown, Fender, Basscube AER ...) et c'est celui qui reproduit le mieux le son acoustique de la contrebasse.
Les guitares jazz sonnent vraiment très bien sur cet ampli.
Les bassistes électriques lui préfèreront sans doute un ampeg, un SWR ...
La DI est d'une qualité extraordinaire, à chaque fois que je suis sonorisé les techniciens n'en revienne pas et me demande si acoustic image fabrique des DI autonomes
C'est ampli coûte relativement cher, mais ne pèse que 12 kg, délivre 200 W et est garanti 5 ans
Je le conseille à tous les contrebassistes que je rencontre
On peut se déplacer la contrebasse dans une main et l'ampli dans l'autre.
