They are really colorful and clean. If you don’t want to use a preset you don’t have to , there are editing controls on the VE-20 that will let you create your own effects but it won't come quick or easy. It will take some time to get used to creating your own stuff and you will probably want to watch some tutorials and read the manual before yo...
It's a fine pedal, but not one that I will recommend to much, as you have the huge issue of not being able to access the presets in an easy way, during a performance. Look at the baby brother like the GE-7 or the MXR products. They cost a bit more compared to what you get, but the quality and simplicity is much better. If you don't have a...
Overall, great all-in-one delay pedal. Loads of variety, and good sounding overall delay. A lot of thought has been put into this to make this a programmable and usable live pedal as well. There are lots of functions and lots to go through, if you want to get the best out of this I'd definitely recommend skimming through the manual.
If you want or had an old Roland RE-201 tape delay and are looking for something cheaper and more reliable this could be the unit for you. It has a ton of features more than anyone should need from just a delay pedal and with its modern design it should last you a long time.
Overall this is a great bang for the buck type pedal that's not too much more than the single stomp boss delays (dd7 etc..) . There are other delays with more features but if you just need a few simple sounds in a good sized box it's hard to beat. I personally run mine along with an Eventide Timefactor to get the more wild sounds and also beca...
The thing I like most about this pedal is the ability to control both the reverb and the delay separately to create a sonically pleasing delay tone. There are literally a million good things I can say about this unit. I've been extremely happy with it. It's really nice for the price and sounds great with any rig. The warp mode is a nice little t...
The Boss DD-20 Giga Delay is one of my favourite delay pedals on the market. It has a nice price and a ton of very usable features. Delay in itself is my favourite effect, and this thing nails just about all of my delay needs. Really great delay, I would get a new one if this one ever got stolen or destroyed. I would recommend this to anyone loo...
This thing I like most about it is that Boss made it. I like most things that Boss does since they really live up to abuse and torture that gigging can put on equipment. The next thing is that the price is around $230 which is a great price compared to a Timefactor by Eventide or a Empress delay. I'm know those pedals have a great sound, but I h...
The Boss SL-20 Slicer is a pretty awesome pedal overall. It’s not the most practical effect for me, but I can definitely see how players would get a lot of mileage from it. It’s not very cheap since it’s one of these larger Boss pedals, but it’s still not too expensive and it’s built incredibly well, as is the case with all Boss pedals. I’d r...
This is Boss' double pedal delay. It has an LCD display showing the delay settings. I am a gigging guitarist in a country rock band. I looked at many different delay pedals before purchasing this one. I borrowed a friends for a few weeks before deciding. I paid $180 on eBay. The various types of delay provide many diffe...
