The layout is superb. Perfect for mixing dance and electronic. But scratchin on the thing sucks. There's no cross fader curve adjustment.

$275

UTILIZATION

Very very easy to use. Just forget about the level meters. They don't seem to be callibrated to the volume ranges that the mixer is able to reach.

I think it's preety sturdy. I haven't dropped it or abused it in any way. But it's started to develop a hum through the third channel's left side output. It's inaubible from the master out, just through the phones jack.

SOUNDS

The sound is descent but it ain't no Rane. The E.Q. is the down fall of this mixer. When you drop low's or high's down too far it drags the mid with it making it a mixer that requires constant attention to sound levels. If your used to it no one will know the difference in hearing it. First time users will get frustrated with it at first, especially if the used to an accelerated slope E.Q.

OVERALL OPINION

Overall it's a very consistent mixer. With more use and remembering it's quirks you can get some good sound out of it. And being that it was under $300 and a list of $700 I'm still pretty stoked. Awesome if it's your first mixer and spin electronic.
