Zildjian Brooks Wackerman Drumsticks

Zildjian introduces a new drumstick signature model elaborated to the specifications of Bad Religion drummer, Brooks Wackerman.
As the brand’s newest stick artist, Wackerman designed his model in all black with his name in a “typewriter” style graphic, a brilliant red Zildjian logo, and a red nylon teardrop tip. This model made of hickory is said to be well balanced and features a slightly longer length for more power than your average drumstick. According to Zildjian, it is adequate for any Rock style.

Zildjian presents a new drumstick signature model elaborated with Trilok Gurtu.
Based on percussion innovator Trilok Gurtu’s first Zildjian Artist Series Drumstick, the Trilok “Rock” drumstick utilizes the features of Trilok’s original model and adapts them to rock music. The bright yellow DIP® handle offers an excellent grip and the groove notched into the stick provides for a more closed grip and better balance. According to Zildjian, the expanded dimensions and large teardrop tip of the Trilok “Rock” Artist Series Drumstick make it useable for any Rock style.

Zildjian Introduces the Antonio Sanchez Artist Series Drumstick.
The Avedis Zildjian Co. introduced the latest addition to its collection of artist-designed drumsticks. The Antonio Sanchez Artist Series Drumstick is 16 Ã-inch long with a 0.550-inch diameter and is geared towards jazz, funk or fusion.
A long-time Zildjian drumstick player, Antonio has been working on his personal stick with Zildjian for the past few years. Antonio's model combines a standard shaft with extra length and a heavier front-end which allows for heavier hitting when the music demands it. The stick features a barrel tip for stick definition and full drum tones, and is finished with Antonio's "Diablo" signature in metallic red for extra brilliance. U.S. Select Hickory construction.
Antonio is only the second drummer in the past twenty-plus years to hold the drum chair for the Pat Metheny Group. Pat has also consistently called on Antonio to play in his popular trios, usually reserved for musicians outside of the Group. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Antonio has also played with Chick Corea, Joshua Redman and Michael Brecker, among others.
