Characteristics
Made in Mexico (100 U.S. terminals), the Precision is one of the best that Fender made there, because it has a beautiful finish.
It remains the classic two knobs, in passive, a bolt on neck, ... a brass nut (nice). All the fittings in black. Fender style "vintage".

Fabriquée au Mexique (à 100 bornes des USA), cette Precision est une des meilleures que fait Fender là-bas, car elle bénéficie d'une très belle finition.
Ca reste du classique: 2 potards, en passive, un manche vissé,... un sillet en laiton (sympa). Tout l'accastillage en noir. Le style fender "vintage".

Utilization
A big stick, the old, but ultimately easy to play. The beautiful maple "glossy" that sounds.
The tone knob is very effective. Volume output is powerful (micro Seymour Duncan).

Un gros manche, à l'ancienne, mais finalement facile à jouer. Du bel érable "glossy" qui sonne.
Le potard tonalité est très efficace. Le volume en sortie est puissant (micro Seymour Duncan).

I had the impression of having a "real" bass by plugging it. Its a big, round, warm and clear ... Fender Precision sound, what!
Exactly the sound that I like: Iron Maiden, Accept, ... the old heavy. It sounds like that.
And when we send the pink Floyd, one begins to waters. Logic finally ...

Comme dirait Steeve Harris à propos de sa vieille Precision : " c'est un bout de bois qui sonne rudement bien"!
J'ai eu l'impression d'avoir une "vraie" basse en la branchant. Un son gros, rond, chaud et bien défini... un son Fender Precision, quoi !

Overall Opinion
The reviews available on the net are copied / pasted from what Fender put France on its site, and finally remains very "wise", and do not bring Lots of details. The best is yet to try ... plus she is not very expensive.
Les reviews proposées sur le net sont des copié/collés de ce qu'a mis Fender France sur son site, et finalement reste très "sages", et n'apportent pas beaucoups de précisions. Le mieux, c'est encore de l'essayer... en plus elle n'est pas très chère.
