Characteristics
I bought it for timecode with Virtual DJ. It works perfectly, I have a Macbook (old 2007), Virtual DJ Pro, 2 CDJ 200. No complaints, it does very good job, we feel too latency.
Je l'ai achetée pour le timecode avec Virtual DJ. Ca marche parfaitement, je possède un Macbook (vieux, de 2007), Virtual DJ Pro, 2 CDJ 200. Rien à redire, elle fait très bien son boulot, on sent pas trop la latence.
Utilization
Directly recognized by the mac. No driver to install, that's a good point. on the other hand must set the Aggregate Device (Mac's audio configuration), if there's a pretty huge latency ... Aggregate Device in there's almost no lag on my old mac. I have not opened the manual, useless ... Everything works quietly!
Reconnue directement par le mac. Pas de driver à installer, ça c'est un bon point. Par contre il faut la mettre en périphérique agrégé (configuration audio du mac), sinon y'a une latence assez énorme... En périphérique agrégé y'a quasiment pas de latence sur mon vieux mac. J'ai pas ouvert le manuel, inutile... Tout marche tranquillement !

Overall Opinion
I use it for a few months. I tested the rane Scratch Live before (sl 2). Well, that does the same job for much cheaper!
Je l'utilise depuis quelques mois. J'ai testé le rane avec Scratch Live avant (sl 2). Bah, ça fait le même boulot pour bien moins cher !
