Utilization
The sound is what it is it is difficult to change.

Sounds
I use it only at home on a 2x12 V30 cabinet (this is my only speaker that I use on my bandmaster and the valve junior) I play blues, surf, rockabilly, garage with a jazzmaster and a Danelectro.
I tried it with my kid who was good but the battery is really limited. No chance to use it in plain in groups ...
I note though that for those looking for an amp to play in the room while the kids are asleep and your nénette watching TV is shredded because its 5 watt are Home Team ...
To use this I get an attenuator Weber and it's done ...
Early in the race we come to have a clear sound not too dégeu. it is on is not good fender but have to compare what is comparable. At the half it was already a good nice crunch. Beyond that saturates quite fast enough but it gets rough. The pedals go well above ...
I play the harmonica as above and it is not bad at all ...
The advantage with this amp is that you can easily change it. I change the lamp by EH preamp 12AX7 and Sovtek kept the original (power tube) and more than surprising result. The clean sound is oddly enhanced and saturation as well. I find it useless to try to describe it to the sound with words but I can assure you that you can easily improve. I planned to change the transformer to improve the overall sound. To see ...

Je l'utilise uniquement à la maison sur un baffle 2x12 V30 (c'est mon unique baffle que j'utilise sur mon bandmaster et sur le valve junior) Je joue du blues, surf, rockab, garage avec une jazzmaster et une danelectro.
Je l'ai essayé avec mon gamin qui faisait la batterie mais bon c'est vraiment limite. Aucune chance de l'utiliser en clair en groupe...
Je précise quand même que pour ceux qui cherche un ampli pour jouer dans la chambre pendant que les gamins dorment et que votre nénétte regarde la télé c'est râpé parce que ses 5 watt sont bien couillus...
Pour cette utilisation j'avais récupérer un attenuateur Weber et c'est réglé...
En début de course on arrive a avoir un son clair pas trop dégeu. c'est sur c'est pas fender mais bon faut comparer ce qui est comparable. A la moitié on a déjà un bon crunch sympa. Au delà ça sature pas mal mais ça devient assez vite brouillon. Les pédales passent bien dessus...
je joue à l'harmonica aussi dessus et c'est pas mal du tout...
L'avantage avec cet ampli c'est que on peut facilement le modifier. J'ai changer la lampe de préampli par une EH 12ax7 et gardé la sovtek d'origine (lampe de puissance) et résultat plus que étonnant. Le son clair c'est drolement amélioré et la saturation aussi. Je trouve inutile d'essayer de décrir le son avec des mots mais je peux vous certifier que vous pouvez facilement l'améliorer. Je projète de changer le transfo pour améliorer le son global. A voir...

Overall Opinion
I use it every day for 6 months. It suits me perfectly. I was looking for a cheap and good amp and I found! He serves as a guinea pig for different experiences that I do not want to test on my old Fender ...
Only thing missing would be a bit of a knob tone history can vary guitars.
For those who want to get into the mod amp is a good basis for your future experiences (better than the VOX AC 30 that you get the father, for example lucky)
In summary, for the price you can go with your eyes closed. But beware, this amp did I think that for domestic use or for solo project.
If it can be snapped I'll take anything but I saw a very good experience that I will not regret in any way.

Je l'utilise tout les jours depuis 6 mois. Il me convient parfaitement. Je cherchais un ampli pas cher et bon et j'ai trouvé! Il me sert de cobaye pour différentes expériences que j'ai pas envie de tester sur mon vieux Fender...
Seul truc qui manque un peu serait un potard de tonalité histoire de pouvoir varier selon les guitares.
Pour ceux qui veulent se lancer dans la modif d'ampli, c'est une bonne base pour vos futur expériences (mieux que le VOX AC 30 qu vous avez récupérer du père, pour les chanceux par exemple)
En résumé, pour le prix vous pouvez y allé les yeux fermés. Cependant attention, cette ampli n'as à mon avis que pour l'utilisation domestic ou pour projet solo.
Si il claquait je prendrai peut etre autre chose mais je vis une très bonne expérience que je ne regretterai en aucun cas.
