Characteristics
For me it does not lack much in fact, a stand-by, a knob input level in the effects loop (for attention with new effects pedals here sending severe in the power stage and you have to lower the signal too inevitably lose the momentum) and the footswitch which is not provided.
Pour ma part il ne manque pas grand chose en fait, un stand by, un bouton de réglage du niveau d'entrée dans la boucle d'effet (car attention avec les nouveaux pédaliers d'effets çà envoi sévère dans l'étage de puissance et on est obligé de trop baisser le signal perdant immanquablement de la dynamique) et le footswitch qui n'est pas fourni.
Utilization
Regarding the footswitch Peavey FS 2 common to several amps of the brand, two buttons control channel change and the outbreak of the vibrato. (On C30 it enables / disables the reverb). So not control reverb and nothing either about the boost switch?? I read that some do not use it, in fact, on the clean channel ok this is not essential, however you should try with a Les Paul in the drive channel you tell me the news ...

En ce qui concerne le footswitch Peavey FS 2 commun à plusieurs amplis de la marque, 2 boutons controlent le changement de canal et le déclanchement du vibrato. (sur C30 il active/désactive la reverb). Donc pas de commande de reverb et rien non plus concernant le switch boost ??? je lis que certains ne l'utilise pas en fait, sur le canal clair ok c'est pas indispensable, en revanche vous devriez essayer avec une Les Paul en canal drive vous m'en direz des nouvelles...

Sounds
a magical amp for clean sounds, it literally sublime the Strat, Tele and Gresch as a bassman that I find it is closest in spirit.
The vibrato is perhaps not at a Vibrolux but can stand comparison with a twin. The drive channel goes crucnch in overdrive, with a LP / SG gives the overdrive typical of the '70s.

un ampli magique pour les sons clairs, il sublime littérallement les Strat, Tele et Gresch comme un bassman auquel je trouve il est le plus proche dans l'esprit.
Le vibrato n'est peut être pas au niveau d'un vibrolux mais peux soutenir la comparaison avec un DRRI. Le canal drive va de crunch à overdrive, avec une LP/SG on obtient l'overdrive typique des années 70.

Overall Opinion
A grain fantastic, his HP15 ", his vibrato, reverb and its good performance of its drive channel make it an excellent challenger to the market leaders combos Twin, Bassman, AC30, it is cheaper and can be more authentic than all these reissues . There is typed but less than the C30 and C50 slightly more compressed in their depiction and lighter than the C50, a pretty nice amp ...
Un grain fantastique, son HP15", son vibrato, sa reverb et la bonne tenue de son canal drive en font un excellent challenger aux combos ténors du marché Deluxe, Twin, Bassman, AC30, il est moins cher et peut être plus authentique que toutes ces reissues. Il reste typé mais moins que les C30 et C50 un peu plus compressés dans leur rendu et moins lourd que le C50, un bien bel ampli...
