Wah wah pedal made in Italy between 1967 and 1968. Needless to remind you that this is the holy grail of wah ... copied but never equaled
Everything is original (inducer, tropical fish, ducati course ...) except the switch and the Knob (replaced with a Fulltone ICAR). Components of another time and exceptional quality.
Ok cosmetic condition despite her forty years ...
Like all the pedals at the time, it changes the tone a bit in bypass mode (removes treble sound). Say what you want, I will never do the rewire, all we can adapt and that thousands of guitarists have done!
Bought two years ago.

UTILIZATION

Easy to use like all wahs ...

SOUND QUALITY

My quest ended his wah.
Excellent whether the spectrum, very hoarse voice, the bass is not muddy magic for a sub, and treble are slammin hot at once, the race is medium to fall, each notch Knob provides access to a tone different.
The effect is soft and smooth, velvety and snapping, complex, organic, vibrant stunning ... Superb whatever the level of overload, which is not true for all wah.
I have other vintage wahs (1 and 2 vox jen Italian late 60's, identical to the wiring clyde, red Fasel and Thomas Organ tdk early 70's). They sound superbly well, and each has specific advantages. The Clyde is the link between all these sounds without any defects.

OVERALL OPINION

Well, this is the wah rehearsal and concert, but rather the wah great night.
Collectible.
Can be found between 450 and 2000 clyde usd. If you have a chance, please do.
