Overall Opinion9/10

This is a Cavaquinho Portuguese (not Brazilian), the ancestor of the Ukulele which it is distinguished by the presence of metal strings. The finish is gorgeous, with a table in two different woods and unvarnished, nice threads. The back is painted. Made in Portugal, it offers very good value for money in my opinion. This Cavaquinho has only 12 boxes, but why put more view size? The sound is very powerful, had regard to the size and of course more metalic than the Ukulele. on the other hand, the strings are relatively fragile. The features from the site:

Top: Solid Spruce Top Dark Mix w / round hole
Sides and Back: Solid African Blackwood
Mécaniquese: Nickel
Fingerboard: African Blackwood
Nets: Inlaid Perfling

Table: Spruce Solid Mix dark Top w/round hole
Eclisses et dos: Solid African Blackwood
Mécaniquese: Nickel
Touche: African Blackwood
Filets: Perfling Inlaid
