Leoné MusicReader B.V. released the iPad version of the MusicReader software, turning the device into a digital music stand.
This version of MusicReader contains the following innovative features:
1. A clibrary for your music.
2. Support two ways of displaying: Full page & Half page
3. Automatic display switching based on orientation of the iPad (landscape / portrait)
4. Half and full page turns in full page mode
5. Playlist support – make list for rehearsals and performances.
6. Annotations: Pencil, Eraser, Marker, Multiple Colors
7. Support for all MR files (.mrs) created by the MusicReader on Mac / Windows.
8. Software supports page order and page turns (full/half) predefined in MusicConvert (On Mac / Windows).
The iPad version of MusicReader is free of charge and can be downloaded through the Apple App Store.
In order to be able to use own files the musician needs MusicReader Solo Basic/Pro on a Mac OS or Windows computer. With this software you can scan paper sheet music and convert all types of files.
The software also contains functionality to transfer the sheet music to your iPad.
