Bon c'est du chinois et à premiere vue ça se voit. Les coins qui ne se sont pas approchés pour le vernis n'y ont pas eu droit (les ouies). Le manche est assez epais mais il est tres agreable. les mecaniques ont bien ecrit grover dessus mais ça sent le contrefait.....En tout cas "all solid, hand carved de tous les cotés, touche ebene (ebene pas de premier choix mais quand meme)" je l'ai eu d'occas avec un micro schaller installé. Je ne la connais qu'avec des cordes daddario 13-56 ou thomastik 13-53 filé plat. Je ne l'ai jamais jouée avec des cordes acoustiques. Avec un mediator souple le son est assez puissant pour une petite archtop et surprenant à la longue. On decouvre toujours quelque chose de nouveau et d'interessant. Avec un mediator dur c'est tres smooth et deja tres jazz. Je lui ai offert recemment un micro Bartolini 5J. Je l'ai monté sur une The Loar Lh 700. Il y a juste juste la place en epaisseur. les pattes de fixation (coté du manche) sont en cuivre relativement souple et peuvent etre retravaillées avec une pince pour obtenir l'ecartement adequat. le corps du micro est soudé sur deux pattes qui le prennent par dessous et qui rajoutent donc 1mm d'epaisseur. Sur la The Loar j'ai mis les attaches manche legerement en biais pour que les attaches du dessous ne touchent la table que sur un micro point de contact (il y a vraiment peu de place sur cette guitare en hauteur)Le resultat me convient parfaitement. Avec un ampli Tomkat on a un son tres velouté tres smooth tres jazz en somme (avec les bons reglages et le bon mediator). La guitare était déja surprenante acoustiquement parlant, avec ce micro cela lui offre d'autres perspectives. Je l'avais acheté d'occas sur ebay.de (470 euros) elle me revient à 600 tout compris avec le micro le potard et le pickguard en bois.Une guitare toute solide hand carved avec un super micro. je ne vois pas pourquoi acheter plus cher.Il faudrait faire l'experience sur les petits modeles de la marque (Lh 300).Un micro à vraiment recommander. Apres il faut passer chez Lollar ou chez Benedetti, mais c'est entre 60 et 80 euros plus cher.
