Bass players can now benefit from the latest improvements added to MIDI Guitar with the new MIDI Bass version.
MIDI Bass 1.0 Beta 1 is available as a free upgrade for all owners of a MIDI Guitar license, it is also free for all other users.
This new version is based on the MIDI Guitar 2 built-in tracking engine, the difference with the guitar edition is that the MIDI Bass is monophonic only, so you won’t be able to play chords. JamOrigin is working on a duophonic version, but for the moment you can only play one string at the time.
The developer adds that VST and AU plug-ins for MIDI Bass will soon be available.
