I love the tone of the Fender Stratocaster because it meets every demand that I'm looking for in a guitar instrument. It has the right balance, feeling, and tone for the needs that I have. Pretty much any setting that I put it in, it feels good and compliments the current rig or setting. Whether I'm using a load of effects on the floorboard with pedal boards or effects or a clean amplifier to a high gain amplifier Fender Stratocaster will complement anything that I put it in. It's a kind of chameleon type guitar because it adapts to its environment quite well. The tone is lush focused and smooth, and that's probably why I really dig the character in the vibe of this instrument.

The Fender Stratocaster is an awesome guitar that has stood the test of time. These guitars are crafted and built to be absolute rock machines. They have a great home in a great feel overall. The instrument has an almost perfect balance and weight from top to bottom. It is a great guitar that works well in pretty much any musical situation you can put it in.

I really love the tone of this guitar primarily because it has a great feel and a great voicing for most music. It is extremely versatile and can branch across genre to genre of musical styles. They have a great feel to them especially when you use the neck pick up. He did a really soulful, bluesy tone that nixes very well in many pop and rock music. These guitars just has that "It" factor about them. I think it may be one of the selling points and guitars is this perfect balance and alignment.

Fender has been building guitars for half a century now and they have changed little about the classic American Fender Strat that has made them so famous. This one has an ash body which is not my favorite when it come to Strat guitars. I would much rather prefer the alder body wood with the maple neck wood. This will make the guitar thinner and lighter in sound compared to the alder which is a little warmer with the alder.

I love the look of the three tone sunburst Fender Strat. These guitars do not change from any other Fender Stratocaster that anyone has ever played. This guitar will work in any environment. If you have played one American Fender Stratocaster than you know exactly how one sounds. The tone of this guitar is exquisite.

They sound good with Fender amps , with Mesa Boogie amp as well as they with any Marshall. They sound just flat out amazing to me. There isn't too much variation of tone between Strats. They either sound like a Stratocatser or they sound like a Telecatser. You can definitely hear the difference. Something to be said about the original and you can get boutique all you want but the Fender Strat is still a staple in rock music. So the 50th Anny is a cool way to remember the first original rock guitar master.

OVERALL OPINION

At new these guitars come in right at around $1600, which is a great price for a guitar that is built in America. This guitar just screams to be played and played hard. You can a great sounding guitar for under $2000 and many places online will include free shipping and depending on where you live you can get no tax which is even better. I highly recommend this guitar to anyone flirting with the idea of getting an American classic deluxe built guitar. It is a one high performance machine.

While alder is their main wood that Fender likes to use, they're also known for their ash bodies. The ash bodies bring a different flavor to the table that none of the other strats seem to have. This guitar has an ash body with a one piece maple neck, 22 frets, two point tremolo, three single coil configuration, one volume, two tones and a five way switch.

UTILIZATION

The major issue this guitar had was that the nut needed to be reshaped a bit. There was a buzzing on the g string that wouldn't go away no matter what angle the string was at. Some work with my nut files fixed that bit up, but it's just something to keep in mind. The frets on this were pretty good without too many issues. They were a touch flat, but they were nice and even. The ends were also rounded, so they don't cut your hand every time you go up and down the neck.

SOUNDS

The first thing I should mention is that ash bodied guitars tend to have extended lows and highs. This can work out nicely with strats at times, but it can also make them too bright if you have the wrong pickups in it. This had the Fender SCN pickups in it, and they were great. The bridge was super powerful and fat sounding, but it had enough treble to cut. The neck got an awesome vowely/bubbly lead tone going on, and the in-between positions were awesome for that quack sound. However, they're not terribly dynamic, so low gain guys might not enjoy them.

OVERALL OPINION

The ash bodied version of this guitar has more bass and more high end. It gives you a fatter sound, but it also allows you to cut more. Some people really like this, and some dislike it. In reality, you just gotta play it and see how much you like it yourself. I also find them to be a tad heavier than normal alder bodied strats, so keep that in mind.

This is one American classic guitar. These guitars are some the best Fender Stratocasters that has come out of Southern California in a while. The feel and tone of these guitars simply go back to the days when they were more a custom single piece guitars then what they have grown into today.

This is basically the same guitar Mick Mars from Motley Crue uses on his touring stage. His of course has a Floyd Rose bridge so he can pull of those insane whammy squeals. However, the color scheme and everything looks about the same. I am a fan of Mick so I immediately recognized this guitar.

SOUNDS

I personally love the way this guitar brings back the simplicity of the electric guitar. Not a bunch of options on this guitar, but just the simple way the Leo intended it to be. These guitars will go well with any amp you play them in. I love the way the fat Strat sits with a good Marshall style amp or even a Fender Bassman. I dig the tone the the voicing of those amps and they are a perfect match to this guitar. Whatever you style of music may be this guitar can easily fit into your playing style. Even though it has single coil pickups in it you get still get a great beefy tone with the right amp or distortion pedal at your feet.



OVERALL OPINION

At new I have seen these guitars go for around $870. That is about the right price for an American made fender. There are a lot of bells and whistles on this guitar but just a simple volume and a couple tone knobs to go along with a pickup selector.

- How many frets, what kind of micro as well as their configuration?
The neck is maple with rosewood fingerboard 22 medium jumbo frets and pearl inlays.
There are three microphones Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Start ® ™ (single coil pickups of course ^ ^).

- What type of bridge (Floyd, Wilkinson ...)
It was a beautiful right easel with a vibrato like "Two-Point Synchronized Tremolo" with stainless steel saddles.

- What are the settings (volume, tone, micro switch ...)?

1 volume knob and two tone (neck and bridge pickups).
Also the volume knob is equipped with the S-1 increasing the sonic possibilities.
And a classic 5-way switch.

- What type of race?
Channel "C" very comfortable.

UTILIZATION

- The handle is it fun?
the case to say! Even with small mimine (which is my case!) The handle is extremely comfortable and very easy to jouer.Et that little varnish on the handle ... happiness I tell you my children!

- Access to acute (recent freight) is it easy?
Asymmetrical heel provides easy access to aigus.je have not encountered any trouble to play the last fret.

- Ergonomics is it good (in terms of shape, weight ...)?
Start a heavy enough it is still lighter than a LP.
In terms of form, is a strat bah what! Access to the knobs is easy (to you the joys of young padawan violoning!) The system S-1 could not be easier to use and the micro switch is also easily accessible.

- Gets it easy to sound good? ...

I is not well defined style that I play a little with my envies.Je played on a Marshall 75 reverb (old amp transistor) with a wah wah ptite of his store in between.
Once connected to a whole world! An ultra slamming his pickup defined, well and bluesy neck pickup. AND WHAT HER! The body of the animal vibrates chaqune solicitations of his torturer (me: p) it is subjected, it alone, she cries, we do not play: they caress, she speaks she answers .... it's magic .... I take me a little!
The sound is so characteristic of the stratum. Intervene now the new system S-1: far from being a gadget it provides completely different microphone configurations and turns clear sound. Moving from a slamming of the single coil to humbucker type sound (I did say "type humbucker" is not an LP eh). The possibilities offered by the S-1 to 10 are the possible configurations of microphones.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a bad sound of this guitar ... simply.
Even if the "quality" of a sound is very subjective (same total) can only recognize and be impressed by this guitar.Du clean to make you cry in his crunchy Péchu well, it sends the matron!
It is a feverish hand, copra dripping sweat and glassy eye I imagine it could give an amp in its height (with beautiful lamps that shine, yum) ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for a week.
This is a fabulous scratch. A real favorite and that's what makes it special (sniff).
Whether at the finish (a tobacco sunburst any bôôôôté) or sound, it's magic. The Tobac (co) is not taboo!
After owning a Jackson Soloist and tried Slsmg moults LP, TV and other strata, it is the one I chose. As with any scratches that level (and price range) it must be a favorite. So yes it is expensive. But the finish is to hauteur.La wood quality, finish, everything shows that we bought is a exception object.
I would do without hesitation that choice for a second because it is an exceptional instrument, the guitar of a lifetime. It goes something between us!
