The Fender Telecaster is easily one of the most recognizable guitars on the planet. they are primarily featured in Nashville as so many country player's love the sound of the twangy clean tone that these guitars naturally produce. These guitars unlike the Fender Strat have more of a cleaner tone and you thought the fender Strat had a clean tone. These guitars got even cleaner and more easier to play as well. The necks on these guitars are very forgiving and easy to glide you hand up and down the fretboard. The have a unique sounding sustain as well that make them unlike the fender Strat.

SOUNDS

I love the sound of these guitars especially with a good sounding Fender hot Rod Deluxe amp. Something about the mix between these guitars and the voicing of that amp that makes you want to play for hours. I like to throw a solid sounding overdrive pedal in between since the older version of the Hot Rod amp's distortion is absolutely retched. I also like the way these guitars sound with a Marshall style amp and Electro Harmonics Big Muff. The mix of this gear is something that is very special to my ears. The violin sustain of the fuzz Big Muff combined with the high gain Marshall on a clean setting and then this guitar just sounds absolutely magical! I thin it fits a style of music that you don't necessarily hear today. It is a very cool and unique sound that can only be replicated with these particular components.

OVERALL OPINION

These guitars can be found online and in just about any music shop in the world. At you can find them for right at around $999, which is a great price for a guitar that sound this good. I am not a fan of the candy cola red as much as I am with the natural wood grain look on these guitars. Doesn't change the tone at all but just purely a shallow opinion about the cosmetics of this guitar.
