Hi,
I purchased this guitar about 5 months ago, I had bought for unwinding and finally I will keep a long time trs.
N'tant personally not a fan of EMG pickups (micro Any asset for that matter) I have long hesitated to buy it but I've finally taken to its shape and great condition for a guitar of 10/11 years.
I played with until the Lag Rockline Hardmaster a priori wide best quality and when I tried the Grass Roots in BPS for the first time, I compared the two, and DSOL but there was not really his photo.Qualit, grain, color balance precision, short for me was better.
Dej I was not one to purchase equipment whose reputation is overrated (Supposedly for a brand, a precise MODEL, a country of manufacture, such as type of wood or just a fad), but the I confirm that it is not necessarily what is good CHRE, manufactured in any country, with a particular wood etc etc. (I'll cotrefout the country of manufacture, I had two real guitars made in United States, one made in France but it was for me to stew in the pure light of disbursements for the price to have!)
Never dnigrer such instrument or anything else for that matter, it does not follow the cliché of good materiel.Ce is good is good, and this regardless of the brand The MODEL, year and all that follows.
... It is not perfect but it's a guitar trs trs honnte and I .... pai 300!
PS - 81 The EMG will delight him!

J'ai acquis cette guitare il y a environs 5 mois, je l'avais acheté pour un depanage et finalement je vais la garder un trés long moment.
N'étant personnelement pas fan des micros EMG(Tout micro actif d'ailleur)j'ai longtemps hesiter à l'acheter mais je l'ai finalement prise pour sa forme et son superbe etat pour une guitare de 10/11 ans.
Je jouais jusque là avec une Lag Rockline Hardmaster a priori de large meilleur qualité, et quand j'ai essayé la Grass Roots en répète pour la premiere fois, j'ai comparé les deux,et désolé mais il n'y avait vraiment pas photo.Qualité de son,grain,couleur precision equilibre,bref pour moi tout etait mieux.
Je n'etait dejà pas du genre a acheter du materiel dont la reputation est surfaite(Soit disant pour une marque,un modéle precis, un pays de fabrication, tel type de bois ou tout simplement un phenomene de mode)mais là, sa ma confirmé que n'est pas forcement bon ce qui est chére, fabriqué dans tel ou tel pays, avec tel ou tel bois etc etc.(Je m'en cotrefout du pays de la fabrication, j'ai eu deux vrais guitares made in USA,une made in France mais c'etait pour ma part de la pure daube en vu du prix deboursé pour les avoir!!!)
Ne jamais dénigrer tel instrument ou n'importe quoi d'autre d'ailleurs,par ce qu'il ne suit pas le cliché du bon materiel.Ce qui est bon est bon, et cela quel qu'en soit la marque, le modéle ,l'année et tout ce qui suit.
...elle n'est pas parfaite mais c'est une guitare trés trés honnéte et je l'ai paié.... 300€!
PS - Les EMG 81 lui vont à ravir!
