Utilization
- First, the handle: the Slim has a handle "slim" So much finer than its congeners, ie, a handle about the same as an electric.

- tout d'abord, le manche : la Slim est dotée d'un manche " slim" donc, beaucoup plus fin que ses congénères , c'est a dire, un manche plus ou moins comme une electrique.
Ceci donne un confort assez particulier , on est sur une nylon certes, mais avec un manche d'electrique. Interressant point de vue confort si l'on joue essentiellement de l'electrique. Par contre , si on est habitué a une classique, il va falloir jouer precis pour s'habituer : avec le tirant d'origine, la 1ere corde a tendance a sortir du manche et c'est parfois limite pour placer 3 doigts sur la même case sur 3 cordes succesives...
-L'accés aux aigus est aisé
-La bestiole pese un peu , c'est du massif, mais pas trop mal equilibrée

- Its level, it has nylon, always a little slamming godin these small but manageable by changing the firing (how horrible the original string, chewing gum is real!)
With Hyper hight tension, the sound is excellent, the strings take out their places.
To find the right sound, to a reverb, play with the equalizer (lower midrange was skiing)
I get great sound with reverb, but I like him a stick a little flange and / or an octave.

- Niveau son, on a bien du nylon , toujours un peu claquant ces petites godin mais maitrisable en changeant de tirant ( quelle horreur ces cordes d'origine, c'est du vrai chewing gum!! )
Avec un Hyper hight tension, le son est excellent, les cordes tiennent bien leur places.
Pour trouver le bon son, mettre une reverbe, jouer avec l'equaliser ( baisser les mediums a fond )
J'obtien un son magnifique avec la reverbe, mais j'aime a lui coller un petit flange ou/et un octaver.

Overall Opinion
I use it for six months, I think Godin scratch built this for me is not possible otherwise.
I sold it to switch to a Nylon SA, with regret, the difference in price not worth the difference in sound, even if the SA is beautifully finished. After, it depends on the style of play, I guess to play the bossa, the SA is more suitable.
In short, after going to the ACS SA Nylon has the slim, I'm going to go back to again play on a GBA, and more than snapping sound of silence. on the other hand, this time, I take a normal round. The neck is slim but you get used interressant easier to play "large" has reduced the size of his fingers

Je l'utilise depuis 6 mois , je crois que Godin a construit cette gratte pour moi, c'est pas possible autrement.
Je l'ai revendue pour passer sur une Nylon SA, avec regret : la difference de prix ne vaux pas la difference sonore, même si la SA est superbement finie. Aprés , ça depend du style de jeu , j'imagine que pour jouer de la bossa, la SA est plus adaptée.
Bref, apres etre passé de la ACS slim a la Nylon SA, je vais faire marche arriere pour de nouveau jouer sur une ACS, moins de claquant et + de silence en acoustique. Par contre, cette fois-ci, je prend un manche normal. Le manche slim est interressant mais on s'habitue plus facilement a jouer "large" qu'a diminuer la grosseur de ses doigts
