OVERALL OPINION

The BF811 is a good vocal mic: sub-enentdu for reproducing voice and to be held in the hand. The internal suspension is very effective: the sound of little hands are reasonably audible. Then, of course, the wise guys will say: But the reference microphone singing, the Shure SM58. What we say this: The SM58 is actually a reference in the proper sense: it is known to everyone and therefore features a lessee sound familiar. But that does not mean that the SM58 vocal microphone is the best on earth (in its price class, obviously). The BF811 has a better sensibilitéque the SM58: you push the preamp gain on the console at a lower level, so less wind potential. And in addition, the grain of the Sennheiser is much less than the Shure typed. SHORT, when buying a microphone, attempting to throw himself before the blind (it's funny, eh, for a microphone!) On the "reference studio pros" we want you to peddle promo.
