Requiring "emergency" Live 6 (concert soon), I bet on the Version prfr tlchargeable on the Ableton site. I saw that I could order before the famous "Instrument Collection" and have the bote with
The PDF manual that comes with Live is a gold mine. I advise anyone who wants to get into what this superb software to read it before. J'tais compltement lost at beginners, and I even post messages on the forum here. I have known good help me (thank you them!) But I was immediately refer them to exercise comes with Live. And just thanks them rather quickly on the freelance thing.
Installation without problem on my 3 ordis: a dual core PC, a Mac G5 and a MacBook. There is no problem having the software on multiple machines, but I think we can not open sessions at the same time. To see ...

OVERALL OPINION
I use it for one week and, you know ... I'm really trying to ask me questions: will I give in Logic Pro dtriment Live 6? Frankly, I thought so Live is excellent and perfect for what I do (ambient / electronica). I'll still yrflchir, but it is true that I have a big crush on this app that I find - I dare the word! - Rvolutionnaire.
We feel that it is the musicians who followed the dveloppement, there's no photo. All I one day in rv Contents of soft music and never believe I have it in hand. I have not felt as much excitement to make music for at least four years, when I Discoveries Logic. And the possibilities seem even more amazing with Live.
Management estprodigieuse loops, you can do anything. Loved the squenceur Triton, because when you master it, you can do stuff gniaux (including loops), and found here lments types (as of dclenchements loops diffrent size) but 1000 times better.
And then the gre VST, the interface is gniale, etc ... Everything is designed with a leitmotif: the crativit.
I think we need a few months to perfect the matriser bte but I think then it exploded the total.
I would do this choice is empty, clear and limpid. I am REALLY impressed with this app. It gives me the perfect shuffled a Logic and an acid.
May be that a few times, I felt certain limits, for I am far from having tried everything and now I would change the message. But for now, the pleasure is intense, complete.
