In late 2021, I redid my pedalboard by adding a Decibel Eleven Loop Expander to add my favorite foot pedals to my MIDI pedalboard . The Loop Expander has a Class A Buffer.
I removed two VHT Valvulator 1's from my pedalboard to my two outputs of my Digitech 2112 SGS, so I added the Mosky Pure Buffer at the end of my pedalboard to solve any mismatch of impedance from my two multi effects units and it does the job well.
Soon, I got four more Pure Buffers for the effects loops of my Digitech RP-1, Digitech 2112 SGS and the effects loops of my two Crate Power Blocks.
I did notice improvements in all the effects loops on my pedalboard and in the 2112 and Crate Power Blocks.
I noticed that the high frequencies were further restored, to the point that I has to slightly reduces my higher frequencies and the effects loops sounded much more natural .
These little Buffers are so easy to attach to my pedalboard and Rack Processor (with velcro) with out taking up too much room.
