Another advisor said a lot of crap pretty strong coffee! The 2150 ... 100watts a transistor amp ... Really! and say that it is rather the purity of tubes ... no transistors at all .. the other opinion is completely wrong. What is truly amazing writing it on the 2150, but also that it was allowed an opinion as wrong around here ... ¸ not sure it is good to give confidence to review this site.

In reality, the JMP 2150es does a very rare amp, which has not been produced long (1978-79) by Marshall ... adjustment to the maximum .. all ... and remove two lamps if this is too much, but it's a mini stack has to be played up. One speaker, a gold Marshall back, to check if it needs to be redone, or replaced. The original Recone even worth it ... if not, an EVL 200 watts, it's great.

UTILIZATION

Configuration as a Marshall tube. At maximum. No manual .... my amp is from 1979.

SOUNDS

Yes ... Quebec folk-rock ... great sound for solos.
Creamy and very punchy. To the accompaniment, it is a beast rock 70-80 years', before the JCM ... in fact, without their faults.

OVERALL OPINION

1 month, transitioning with my other combo JMP 1976 Master Volume, which also straightens a lot. Very happy with tracs recorded with 2150.
2150: His rock to thrill the grandmothers (which is great for the grandparents.)
Llead, really creamy with lots of sustain. A nice amp, ... but sometimes too low compress into a single speaker ... we must add a stack to really enjoy this amp and above all, do breathe a little.
I had two JCM800 ... very good, the 2204 (sold, not proud of myself) ... and a rotten, the 4210, the two channels, clean and overdrive ... the dirty overdrive the clean and overdrive ... not really good at shit ... actually (paid $ 600, sold $ 800, not proud of me, poor guy who plays with it now).
Paid $ 850 in Montreal, invested in new-old lamps + or - $ 125 (I shop the old lamps for a long time and I have my personal stock.) Recone the speaker $ 45 ... Work done by myself on the bias, a few other adjustments ... 2 hours. But this is an old amp. ringing and not sound like a modern amp can do ... a bomb!
