Details on electronics - Shadows SH4020-C system:
- Monophonic or stereophonic reproduction
- Microphone System Nanoflex-6 (single capture for each string)

UTILIZATION

This is not quite handle classical guitar because narrower. Its action is impeccable and very nice. This is a handle on which is easily going to virtuosity.
This guitar is lightweight! well balanced, its reduced thickness will make a good companion to play standing with a strap (it is equipped with more buttons).

Acoustic:
The sound is excellent! This is not an instrument sound very "typical" and very powerful. But his tone is beautiful: hard to describe sounds with words, I would say it seems pretty clean. The highs are crystalline, there is not this feeling smothered some Treble nylon guitar give, not "foil" over the top. Bass have a good attack and are neither too round nor too thin. A nice tonal balance, sum. It is equipped with the purchase Savarez ARJ. The choice of strings is obviously a major instrument of this quality. I did not risk doing any tests! Note that the report on the G string (the bane of guitars!) Is satisfactory - but never had the opportunity to test-level guitars very high, no nylon guitars I played have really had very favorably this point; Hanika this is all that is doing best.
Amplified in: excellent! amplified sound seems remarkably more natural than many other guitars. Effective and precise EQ settings of the pre-amp allow to me to erase much of this impression of his "plastic" that was on many electro-acoustic amplified (I think the Godin have stamped amplified very special that may appeal to some, but I do not like)
The quality of wood and their joints are probably many in the virtues of this instrument. Fun little test: put the guitar flat, approach to 50 cm and talk (even rather low voice), then listen up: the strings are nicely put in resonance! The slightest chill, this guitar live!



SOUNDS

I'm not sure that this guitar suits the "hardliners" classic. I know nothing of instrumentalist requirements in this area. I use it to jazz, "folk-jazzifiant Classico" (a little "genre + Charlie Haden Pat Metheny, but rather shabby ), pop-bossa jazouille and these domains This is a pure delight!

In amplified, I do not like the sounds too synthetic, too "plasticized" some EQ deliver. But conversely, I appreciate with this Hanika the opportunity to bring natural sounds close enough that it has in its acoustics.

Acoustics: that's good! It is an instrument with a very balanced timbral panorama.

OVERALL OPINION

I had some electro-acoustic nylon hand ranging from low-end to mid-range +: Something Admira, Alhambra I-remember-what, Godin Multiac nylon, Cordoba GK studio ... This is by far which corresponded most closely to my expectations: playing comfort construction (assembly, finishing very very good quality), sounds ("pure" acoustic, amplified in natural), mechanical quality of the nut and bridge, etc. .. .
The design of the guitar is great, everything is balanced to my eye. Only downside: the "black porous mat" finish that gives it, in my opinion, a somewhat austere - fortunately mitigated by the beautiful (to my taste, always!) Rosette decoration. However, many people have told me: "what class, this guitar". So I agree with their judgment!
The value for money? When comes to guitars that cost more than € 1,000, I think people who live on the RMI or those tiny wages are struggling to make ends meet month ... 1000 €, n ' is not nothing! As an amateur, it is then a luxury purchase ... So I scruples to indulge in ostentatious pseudo-arithmetic such reports - which of course is very subjective: in these price ranges, try compare the judgment that will give you a "subscriber" to the Heart Restau than a boss Cac40. You see what I mean? Very modestly, I would say that it is an instrument of superb quality.

I would do this choice? Oh yes!
