I make accessories with a friend who has a pair of Wharfedale VS-15, and I must say I rather Whereas these speakers like toys. The power is limited (150W RMS), the mdiums not prcis trs, and they galrent serious in the low end. These are two-way speakers that can be used in sound reinforcement, but I do not see a use in facade. For a few euros more, I recommend DDES A-15 home AudioPhony, which operate in three ways, and that really suprieures to Wharfedale (I know because I have, and they completely cover the Wharfedale on the spectrum). Or prfrez TEUs of-15.
But for the price, 140 is the product INTERESTED for (very) small accessories.

By the way, regarding the advice above, I wish that my friend prciser also grill the 2 boomers, so there must be a problem of this cot pti l. .. He had the 160 for repair.

I have owned 4 of these speakers for 2 ans.Je'm going dabord that starts with their negatives:
- First I would say the power (150 WRMS because it's still rather limited and make it really correct festivities too tight)
- Then his bass (for a sound that reproduces the entire sprectre it is essential to couple with a reinforcement of bass)
- And also finish that could be improved (carpet that stands out and moving grid). But we must remember that for that price it should not be too demanding
Then these points: dabord while its price (109 euros unit it's still great for the sound system in commancer)
- His weight (17 kg I think it's really lightweight and easily transportable) and its small size.
Whether to make the comparison with the powers that displays Boost crazy fried on a pair of these speakers that at least its relatively strong and still have a pretty good point out
With the experience I would do not have that choice, I'd rather for her big sister's EVPX-15 then I bought for 169 euros and that gives me satisfaction to put leaves over 60 euros well worth it time.

I bought these speakers for rehearsals ... piezo effectively break the ears and screaming.
Having had a wharf with 2X 15 "and a sharp one" who have dropped (actually reliable HP ... weird ...)... I mounted the two flags in the speakers and suddenly ... , a nice performance. Low power, so little amp, everything is relative small price, too.
I have in the main equipment of the HK PRO 15x4 Digam Powersoft and 2 sub 18 "over a crest CC 2800 ... this is not the same range, but not the same price ... 1 = HK 5 6 or wharf ...

So I have these two wharf to lend to small parties teamed up to their table coupled with an amplified, this is a beautiful set, I use this also for conferences or small animation in pubs, more than enough since .... (..." eternal problem you can drop it too hard ....)..

So pregnant cheap, light (also finish) made not bad ... I can recommend to buy, so carefree all over again, tomorrow again ...

I recently purchased a home Powo Powerworks (HK to be true) and I plugged the VS15 on the box ... Is pretty full and all the rendering is far from bad, far from it!

- I have a gym utiliss large and high ceiling, then they very well rpondues demand! Also, the finish mat looks Plutt ugly but it's not so ugly in real life!

History: force to see the speakers of this brand (all types) in number, trainer in the corner and various VAS curious to hear the stores complain about what equipment is often broken and almost always irreparable, I recovered in a pair of new ones (aged one month at most). The VAS me a gift because the replacement of components is too expensive and I was hoping the bricoller adapt other components, but in vain, the body is sunk, it will remain only the legs and handles caouchouc ... The person who had bought them wanted to use it for a few nights a year at home.
Many users sono beginners swear by this brand, I was curious to see what it was worth.
Conclusion: Disposable equipment is used almost unique ... The two woofers are blown, it happens if you put a 300w amp (that theoretically it should be given the power announced by the manufacturer) is that the user has done. The components are not required. The body is of such poor quality (wood too thin, poor bonding and no reinforcement) that the bottom falls off, the carpet is holding the boards ... Filtering, assembly and Speakers (mdr size filter capacitors ...) correspond to a stereo speaker of the lower end of 80w, no more. And yet, in stereo, speakers are often made of quality wood ... The advertised power (150w rms) not only unrealistic, but performance seems very low for a speaker sound system with a 38cm woofer, will disappoint the user (you push the volume but the sound pressure increases slightly).
Value for money with disastrous pregnant buying new; limit Brothers Bloom, given the components used is still very expensive. In comparison with the great opportunity to make, for the same budjet (about 350 euros a pair) was a better sound, more sound pressure with the same amp, connectivity pro, husky filtering, a high pitched n is not a piezo plastic and strength as well (as well as opportunities to repair components in case of breakage ...). Example: You can find easily two or three-way JBL Pro, Dynacord, Peavey, Yamaha, Hk ... (These are just examples, there are plenty of other models and brands, sold on the sites for 250/400 euros the pair ...
If you already have Warfedale (since I removed the other models), attention to the volume button, because apparently, the manufacturer shows largely optimistic about the power of all its models announced ... Get out the tools and wood glue and watch boxes from time to time (especially if bous bizare noises with the bass). If you make a few evenings a year, my opinion is that rent good stuff, it costs a few tens of euros and at least it will not let you plan the middle of the night and then buy some (good) chance.
The only advantage of these speakers: the weight (of course, there's nothing inside) and look who believe in the pro stuff (it's on that in a few years they will not have time be grated and worn but to discharge).
